I have stayed in this complex before in a different unit and like the location and the layouts of the units very much. A few minor things need to be worked on. The ceiling fan in the second bathroom is on its last legs. The dishwasher soap dispenser does not work properly. The wall clock in the dining room does not work, I replace batteries, but it still didn’t work. Two of the beach chairs are broken and I left them in the garage, the other three in the unit are not really fit for adults and should be replaced. The porch chairs could be better also. The lights attached to the headboards of the beds in the second bedroom are really nice but all of the batteries were dead, I replace them in one light, but not the other. All in all is a very nice place.

We felt the condo was an excellent value. Million dollar view, easy beach access, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would come back.

Location is great, steps to the beach which is what we were looking for, also very close to shops and restaurants. Had everything we needed for our vacation. Will definitively keep in favorites when traveling back to cocoa beach.

Everything was good. Property manager was awesome. She is a joy to communicate with. Only thing was wish there were tall chairs on the balcony. Short chairs look at balcony rail. But overall. Amazing!!!

Beautiful area. The room was perfect for us and could have fit more comfortably. Restaurants were close and good especially Wisk an Brew for breakfast.

We normally stay in another similar location in Cocoa but were a little late this year so we had to find a location with availability. Location is great, easy access to the beach. Rooms were very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We were there during an unusually rainy/windy period and were disappointed that the bedroom windows leaked badly (pool on the floor 5 nights) and the living room slider whistled loudly due to the wind. Manager indicates they are both due to be replaced next month. Appliances were older and out of date, dryer squeaks loudly and needs to be repaired/replaced, but they were functional. We had most of what we needed there so we were pleased with the setup and the property did stay in contact. With a few upgrades I think it would have been a much better stay but still enjoyed our time there.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. We chose to stay here for my granddaughter to participate in softball in Viera. We wanted to at least stay by the ocean and make the short drive to the complex. We were all very glad we did. The condo was perfect for us. The kitchen had all we needed for meals, the bedrooms were good size and the king bed was massive and very comfy. It looked to be recently updated. The sheets looked brand new. Our schedule allowed us a couple of trips to beach. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards they had. We loved everything about this trip. If we were to return we would certainly chose this condo again. Good communication, amazing location, nice beach, kind people, good food all over the area.

This condo was so perfect for our family. So close to the beach, clean and comfy, ocean view, nice pool & great location. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. For the price, you can't beat the ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. The owner responded quickly to our questions. The property manager was very friendly and was helpful, even before we arrived. This is an older unit but it was very clean & the couch, loveseat and master bed were very comfortable. All linens, dishes, untensils & appliances were in the unit. They even have some beach accessories. It is wheelchair accessible. This unit also comes with a locked garage and an elevator. This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. We will continue to stay here as long as it's available. Highly recommend!! You can't beat the ocean views!

The kitchen has the basic necessities to cook but a knife sharpener is needed. One kitchen drawer is broken. The cabinets are peeling but are supposed to be replaced. Overall it was clean and the walls were recently painted. It included one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towel, 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher tabs. It would be helpful to install some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. In the front closet there is one beach chair. Most people won't deal with this issue but they were painting the walkways while we were there. It interfered with 3 days of our vacation because we couldn't use the walkways from 10:30am-3pm for all 3 days. The owner should have provided that information so we could have planed accordingly. I did contact Vacation Central Florida 2x regarding this issue but never got a response back from them.

This condo met our expectations. Some updates were made between our booking and our arrival. Other updates are in progress. We were satisfied. Great communication with management.

Our view was terrific, the accommodations were great. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We've rented in the Orlando area many times and have always enjoyed working with them. This complex is older, but clean and well-maintained. I love the easy access from the pool to the beach. The beds were great! My only complaint is that the couches there were not the couches pictured (reclining/tan-colored). I choose this unit over the other VCF ones b/c of them. The couches in the condo were fine, but did not recline. There is quite a bit of "owner stuff" in the condo - books, toys, extra tables - that can be easily moved out of the way. We liked having an extra table to set up as a desk since we had to work a few days. There is lots of storage in both the kitchen and master bedroom.

Peeling paint, old and uncomfortable bed, bed linen frayed and worn needs replacing. Mattress and bed toppers are stained so they appear unclean. Bathrooms work but need seats soap holders to improve old appearance. Washer becomes unbalanced and dryer needs new belts. Great frig and dishwasher and kitchen stove were good. Rugs are very dirty and give a poor image to the eating sitting areas. Heat and air worked well. These deficiencies can go unnoticed by weekly renters but over a 6 week stay they begin to detract from the quality of ones experience. Such a beautiful view deserves a complementary living arrangement.

Was absolutely incredible! The view was breathtaking! The facilities were very nice. The inside of condo could have used a little maintenance but nothing extreme. Overall is was a great experience.

Location Location Location! Beautiful view, ocean, pool. Restaurants etc.... The property manager was AMAZING!!!! Only downside was it was really outdated, many outlets did not work and there was some damage to the walls etc.

We arrived late at night and were shocked by the nasty condition of the unit. Dirt all over, nasty in all corners, dead insects all over, in disrepair throughout. We were afraid to touch anything. Missing half the vertical panels in LR blinds and about 1/3 of panels in BR. Utensils were nasty with some really gross rusted items. I can go on but bottom line, we left the next day. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had through VRBO and Cocoa Beach.

upon opening the door your hit with a strong mold smell, looking around the air ducts at the ceiling are all moldy and ducts full of mold.so when a/c turns on you get a fresh blast of mold the kitchen faucet is worn out and leaks all over the counter ,when opening the cabinet its full of standing water. there is peeling paint and wall paper thru out the unit . no batteries in the smoke detectors .the door lock does not have a changeable combo- so anyone who ever worked on or stayed in the unit has access- un safe. we tried contacting management thru email and phone numbers provided left 3 voicemails and no responce -found one more phone number in an email -lady said she would be there in an hour. 4 hours later she called and said it would be 10 minutes. we discussed these things with her and others -her responce was when owners do not want to put money into units what should they do? my answer was simple dont rent the unit. another issue was we did not think they changed the sheets, manager tried to assure us they did -when she left my wife pulled them of to wash them and found hair and sand along with a stained-spotty mattress pad - so we had to wash the sheets and blankets before we could go to sleep.we also contacted vrbo who we booked thru. nice guy on the phone opened a claim 5 minutes later i got and email saying claim has been closed? I called vrbo again and when i gave the customer service rep the claim number to ask about it -i was disconnected not once but 2 times I have pictures of these issues, this unit is unsafe and not healthy -so should not be rented till repaired
