Great location, great lodge! We loved it!

Awesome property for adults weekend.

Excellent accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and seating for all of us. 2 sets of washer-dryers to enable everyone to have clean/dry towels after swimming and hot tub usage. Game room was a great hit for all of us, pool table, ping pong, foose ball, and games that we had brought along. The family loved the bedroom layouts and grandkids loved the bunk bed room. Fantastic place near all the Branson events and with a Great Table Rock Lake view.

The home was awesome and the listing was accurate. One thing that was less than stellar was the internet connection.

Lakin Memories was nothing but perfect! Comfortable beds, large gathering areas. As we have gotten older (54-75 ages) we as siblings have decided it’s time to hang out 2 times a year on vacation and this was so perfect! Beautiful view, great deck, all amenities plus some❤️❤️

The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was the best Girl’s Trip ever. Thanks Beth for everything we had a great time.

House was very well equipped, and clean. In and out was a breeze! Location is excellent for all the attractions . Beds were comfortable. It was very nice having 2 refrigerators and two dishwashers to access our large family.

Great place to stay. We did have one issue in particular. Unfortunately, the ventilation over the stove top doesn’t vent outside; therefore, if you burn something like we did, it’ll set the fire alarm off. It’ll make for an eventful evening as the fire department has to come out to shut off the alarm. The TV and couches need to be rearranged on the main floor. You can’t watch anything while relaxing on the couches. We had to contact Beth a few due to come minor needs, she was excellent to respond quickly every time. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful place. Plenty of room. Nice deck. Lake view. Great kitchen set up. Entire place is set up very well for a large group. Plenty of assigned parking spots. We all loved the games down stairs. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was great and the property owner was equally great. Plenty of things to do for our grandkids ranging in age from 2-22.

We had a family reunion with 12 adults and 14 kids. This house gave everyone space, with private bathrooms, and the kids had tons of fun playing in the basement and at the pools. We were able to cook wonderful meals in the kitchen as well.

We got our family of 28 together for a reunion. The house could not have been better for us. We used it all...the decks, the hot tub, the game room, the huge dining area... it was perfect for us. The two refrigerators were awesome. Kitchen and supplies, beds, bathrooms... all clean and new. We will be back for sure! Thanks, Beth, for being so responsive to ourneeds.

Sparkly clean and plenty of rooms for a big group. Beth is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time together.

Our stay was rainy— but the house was spacious and had lots to keep us entertained. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit table on the deck and the hot tub! I would recommend this place to anyone bringing a big group. I slept in the first room on the left on main level. That bed was so so comfy!! I love all the seating for a big group in the dining room. 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers were especially helpful.

We had a great time for our Student Council Retreat! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids enjoyed going to the pool, spending time in the hot tub, and playing the games in the basement. We also enjoyed being able to eat our meals together around the two large tables. I would definitely book it again and recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our time. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal (except a colander). Will book here again!

The property was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our Christmas vacation.

We had such a good time and the house was perfect, The kids had fun swimming at the indoor pool in December ,along with the video games and the adults loved the Hot tub ,pool table , and other games. Big bonus it was decorated for Christmas would stay again for sure

The property is perfect for a group of people. Each room has it's own bathroom. There is plenty of fun games to play in the house, we had many tournaments of foosball, arcade, shuffle board. Anything in Branson is 15 min away. The kitchen was very workable, 2 fridges worked well for us. Great house!!

We had a great time. Large property suited for multiple families. Vacationers made use of nearly all amenities including grill, indoor pool, fire pit, jacuzzi, pool table, Xbox gaming system, etc.

Renting this property was very easy. We were able to communicate with Beth. She answered all questions. We highly recommend renting property from her.

We had plenty of space for the large group we had. There was plenty to keep everyone happy. We loved the variety of sleeping arrangements that suited the different families we had. The managers were easy to work with for the couple of problems we had. Would definitely recommend this for other large families.

This home is great for a large family and others. Each room has it’s own bathroom! 9 bedrooms! Huge bunk room and the boys loved it! Lake access isn’t at the property. That was the only bummer so you have to go to the public beach or a marina for lake access/fishing. Very clean and everything available for the stay for the week! Stocked well. Fun times!

Property was amazing. So many bedrooms and beds on top of a gorgeous view. The house is perfect for large groups. We made breakfast for 30 people and all ate together in the massive space. Would highly recommend.

We had 24 ppl stay in this vacation home and we never felt cramped once. There was something for everyone and the view from the top patio was amazing. We were not disappointed. We will be back!

We stayed in this home for a week in June 2021 and it was amazing to have a large group of people together again with no masks. The house as extremely clean and well equipped to host our group. The beds were extremely comfortable and it truly felt like home!

Lakin Memories house was perfect for our guys golf weekend. The house was beautiful and clean and the check in process was super easy. There was plenty of space for our group.
