I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Cloud7 Hotel from 11OCT to 13OCT. I took my wife on our first vacation, and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff did not disappoint me. The place is beautiful with hospitable staff (Mohamad Jamjoum & Ahmad Tantash) that strive to help you by all means. They are always there for you trying hard to ensure that your stay is as good as it can be. The chalets are spacious and offer everything you need. I liked the great hospitality and the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process. Overall the aesthetic of the property made our stay worthwhile. Thank you Cloud7 for making our experience memorable!

Absolutely amazing resort, it was perfect for my family and I and was all inclusive. There were many food options, shops and activities to do. The sights were stunning and I loved the marina view! It is all designed so nicely.

I wish I booked directly w the resort bc I would have gotten a better rate than theu booking. Com. Will do that next time.

Апартаменты расположены в районе Айла в Акабе, который расположен обособленно от центра города. Сам район красивый и безопасный с огороженной территорией. На территории есть все необходимое - магазины, кафе. Были в предверии нового года - все было украшено и создавало настроение. Апартаменты соответствуют описанию и фото. Просторные и комфортные. Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Уборка ежедневно, пока ходили на завтрак успевали прибраться. Завтрак на выбор в 3 кафе - дают ваучеры, с которым приходишь и ешь. Нашим фаворитом было кафе Mingle на завтрак. На территории района есть прекрасный индийский ресторан Mirchi - рекомендую.

При выборе размещения в районе Айла надо понимать, что как такого выхода к морю, в обычном понимании, чтобы море уходило за горизонт нет. Район расположен на каналах.

2-bed apt was great. I really liked the Mediterranean/Greek design of the rooms. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Many shops, cafes, and restaurant at or near the hotel with sea view. Hotel has no access to the beach but provide access via the hotel next door which is a short walking distance. Beach was good but not great. The beach is an extention from the sea so it feels different and there is no waves or sea creatures

The hotel does not have its own restaurant and/or cafe. They gave us vouchers with options to eat breakfast at private restaurants at the hotel. Breakfast quality at these restaurant is below average of 5-stare hotels. Bathroom shower area needs work.

Great location with plenty or bars and restaurants around. The apartment we stayed in was gorgeous and spacious.

Not all rooms had heating (we stayed in January, it gets pretty cold during the night).

فكرة المنتجع قائمة على توفر احتياج الساكنين في نفس الموقع ، مثل مطاعم وكافيهات وميني ماركت توفر الحراسه والكاميرات وتعاون المسؤولين عن الامن بالموقع أجواء عائلية رائعه امكانية الجلوس على الشاطئ والسباحة في البحر (يقدم لك تذكره مجانية لتستخدم الشاطئ الموجود لدى الفندق المجاور ، والمسافه قريبه جدا بالسير على الاقدام، ولا تشعر أنه موقع آخر) تقديم تذكره مجانية لدخول الملاهي المائية، (تحتاج لسيارة للوصول لها لانها خارج الموقع) وكانت تجربة موفقه لي ولعائلتي

Beautiful facilities and exceptional staff.. very helpful and friendly.. special thanks to Mr Mahdi And Mr Abdullah from reception, as well as other members of staff Mr Wael and Mr Shuaib and everyone else. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed

It’s family friendly. Doormen are very welcoming.

Slow services all around. No swimming pool. Water park was packed with no access to towels. Besides the doormen, staff seemed force to be there.

Architecture

Front desk customer approach could be enhanced. And lack of room keys which created a huge privacy issue. Even when we asked for room key the answer was not convincing at all. Why to have doors with locks if we can’t get the keys!!!

It was a very nice place to stay and enjoy with family and friends.

Their own beach

The rooms desgin and furniture, and the architecture of the buiding vey nice and comfortabil.

The place is really nice. The whole experience was good . It's a really safe place to go to.

We had an accident, and we needed a doctor, but the security team was not helpful at all with lame excuses .it took them more than 20 minutes to call one, although the staff were trying to be helpful

The suite we had was fantastic, lots of space and wonderful views! All bedrooms were spotlessly clean! Easy walk to the amenities and restaurants of Ayla!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Not my first time and definitely not my last time, its all you need and more for your home away from home

The staff was good, but the girl was reception us in the beginning was not good and tough, and she treated me and my family in bad mood and unhappy to be in hotel.

There are no swimming pools, money paid not proportionate the offered value, no special area for kids, the prices are high inside Ayla place. You took an insurance in the beginning while it shall be treated as a hotel. The view not accepted to me.
