Perfect place to catch up and celebrate our 50th birthday girls trip. Couch and beds very comfortable. Only thing did not realize was steps from street to front door if have someone elderly. Thanks for the great stay.

Neat and clean property. We had three teenage kids and the bunk bed arrangement worked out perfectly. Beau was actively involved and constantly checking with us for any issues. Would definitely keep this property in mind if we come back.

The property matched the pictures and the host community expectations/directions clearly. Everything was exactly as described. The only minor downside was a small draft from the front door but we blocked it by closing a towel in the door. We will definitely book again.

We had a couple of moms and a few tweens in town for a volleyball tournament and decided to rent a house instead of 2 hotel rooms. Best decision ever!!!! We were super close to the Convention Center and much more comfortable in our own beds! The couches and beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The house is decorated so cute and cozy! Us moms were able to relax on the couches and catch up while the kids were obsessed with their bunk bed room. We would definitely book again!

On a Hill
Enjoyed both nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were so comfy. We were just around the corner to our destination, Magic Springs. It was peaceful here, the house that is not the water park

Beautiful historic gem of a house!
Loved this house. Plenty of beds for kids, spacious kitchen prep room, and great space for just relaxing. Loved the small touches like towels, soaps and hairdryer. So nice not to have to bring everything. Will certainly be returning!

I planned a weekend trip for my wife and her friends. I found this lovely place when researching Hot Springs and it could not have been more perfect. As soon as my wife and her friends arrived they called to tell me how wonderful the place was! They were so excited and had such a great time. House in residential neighborhood of Hot Springs. Cool bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Kids loved them Property is a recent renovation. Renovation work appeared to have some quality issues (exposed wood, uneven floors, kitchen components not fitting) which was not reflected in the photos.

Perfect spot in Hot Springs
We stayed in Hot Springs for 2 nights with our 3 kids, and this place was perfect. It’s in easy waking distance to the center of town and several hiking trails. The place was very comfortable for our family, and we loved having the washer and dryer available. I wouldn’t stay here if you have mobility issues because the front steps are quite steep, but if that’s not a problem for you this is so much better than a hotel.

We really loved this house! The history and decor was so much fun! The house was very clean and had plenty of room. The neighborhood is a bit run down, but in a great location to everything we did! I highly recommend staying here!

Walk to downtown!
Charming home built in 1900 to be rented as a cottage and fully renovated recently. Gorgeous! My kids loved the bunk room, and we all loved walking downtown for dinner each evening without worrying about having to find a place to park. 5 stars!

Beautiful House great location!
Perfect house for our visit to down town Hot Springs. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows and couch’s. We only used the kitchen for coffee but it looked well equipped. The house was built in 1900,s but beautifully remodeled. It was a little on the cold side and drafty on our feet but it’s to be expected due to its age. It is January and morning temps were in the 30s and could use a couple more blanket throws. The owner is amazing and when we had an issue with the heater he was there in less than 30 minutes and was super easy to get ahold of and responded quick. We had a great time and would stay here again!

This property is close to everything downtown. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice getaway place to stay. Plenty of room for all 9 of us! Beds were also very comfortable!

This was amazing! Perfect for this girls weekend trip! Accommodation after on point. Had everything we needed. Super close to town. Front porch was the perfect setting for morning coffee/momosia and end the day with a glass of wine and laughter!

Great place to stay
The house is located right on the other side of the downtown area. You’ll be to the main strip in less than 5 minutes! The house is great, and they have all you need to have a good time and relax. It’s true that there is always parking right in front of the house, and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and stay again! Thank you!!

Our family of four stayed for a long weekend. We have a 7 and 4 year old. We felt so at home in the house, and had more than enough space. The house feels super close to everything. We visited the science museum, Garvan Gardens and Magic Springs, and really enjoyed them all!

Awesome find.
Freshly redone house, worked amazingly for two families of four. 3 minutes within walking distance from downtown. Owner was very helpful and always quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.
