We’ve been staying at this home for a few years now and always have a wonderful vacation. The location is spectacular for a quiet family getaway. We kayak, ride bikes to the beach, enjoy the beautiful views, and have even made friends with some of the neighbors. It’s a lovely spot we hope to come back to years to come!

Loved it here….. great location and it was super clean! Quiet and the outdoor shower was so lovely! The great room upstairs makes it easy to all be together and very spacious!

House was OK for what we needed. However, the pictures are very deceiving. The furniture in the picture do not match the furniture in the house. The walkway was overgrown and it was not easy to get to the water. We found several ticks in the house, and didn’t want to walk down to the water for fear of getting more ticks. The downstairs bathroom had hair in the drain and honestly the house needed a deep clean. Not sure we would have stayed for more than two nights but it was fine for the short time. Would recommend an update or pictures to match what the house actually looks like.

Fantastic property, location & neighbors. We kayaked daily, enjoyed the sunsets and moonrises. House was well equipped with everything you could need. Paddling over to green hill beach was a delightful benefit. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, peaceful slice of paradise with our family. It was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be back if you’ll have us ☮️

Had a great time . Love the view from the deck. Did use the kayak in the salt water pond it was a nice and We were able to get to the beach from the dock.

Overall this is a beautiful property. We totally enjoyed the front deck overlooking the Pond and use of kayaks on the pond. Nearby beaches with plenty of surf are great. Country roads right outside the door are perfect for biking. House was comfortable with everything you need for cooking. Negatives were the Queen size bed downstairs needs to be replaced - super uncomfortable. Some of the pillows were not acceptable - need replacing. As a gardener , I really wanted to start pulling the grapevine etc. that has taken over the front landscape. Also of note - big table on deck is falling apart as was 1 chair. The gas grill seemed unstable (wobbly) - use with caution. Having mentioned those few negatives....we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for sharing your cool house!

the house is a great gathering place for the family with a great view. My grandchildren enjoyed the kayaks in the lake and especially being able to kayak to the beach.

My family and I spent most days reading and enjoying the quiet surroundings. We were thrilled that the property was located at the end of a very quiet road. We appreciated the basic items provided ( coffee filters, laundry soap, dish soap ) so that we did not need to stock up on those items. The, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans dishes as well. The full glass wall overlooking the pond was picturesque. We spent most of the time reading on the deck or screened in porch. There were plenty of beach toys, bikes, kayaks available too. The property does need maintenance as it is located on the water surrounded by trees. There was evidence of mold in one of the rooms. And we alerted the owner that an exterminator was needed to address unexpected ants. I would go back again but with assurances that the home maintenance was completed and ongoing.

Great stay with very nice views of the water from the back deck. The layout was great for our use and the remodeled kitchen was a very nice surprise!

We enjoy our stay a lot . Everting was perfect . The house is very nice . The view from the balcony is amazing. The house is very well located in dad end street . Very quiet and peaceful. The fire place is nice and the leaving room is very cozy . New kitchen and the beds and bedroom are very comfortable. The only down side was the cleaning. When we arrived we noticed the house wasn’t cleaned probably and the bathroom needs some updates . Other then that everything was perfect . We definitely will be back .

We had a wonderful week with our family at this property. The location is beautiful, and the access to kayaks and canoes was great. The home itself could use some updating and better lighting, but it was comfortable, spacious and the view over Ninigret Pond was gorgeous.

We stayed for a weekend. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The location is pristine. It’s the last house on Salt Pond. The deck has the best view. The house has a nice set up. 3 bedrooms in the lower level, feels like a basement, and the master bedroom upstairs next to the living room. The house is beautiful. Very relaxing little getaway. There’s a few updates that need to be done. The landscaping is the biggest. There’s so much potential, and they don’t use it. There is flowerbeds that are not taken care of there’s a secret garden that hasn’t even been touched and if you go around in the back there’s a fire pit that has brush all around it definitely needs a deep landscape over hall. The furniture in the three season porch could definitely have some upgrading as well, along with the kitchen the lighting and the dishes. The lighting in what I called the basement there is none, it’s very gloomy. There really isn’t much lighting in the house and they decided to paint it all blue which actually gives a kind of a depressing feel. I say all of this because my family friends owns a rental at the beach and I guess I’m just used to a certain upkeep. Nice dishes, nice atmosphere, unkept landscaping. For $500 a night I definitely feel like it needs a bit of a makeover. This house is in the most beautiful area couldn’t ask for a better area 10 minutes to everywhere really a great house it just needs some TLC.

The layout of the house is great and the amenities are fantastic. Kayaking to the beach was beautiful. He was very responsive and kind. The only downside was the cleanliness. It may have been because of particularly messy guests before us, but the cleaners were not done by 4, beds were not made, laundry was heaped in a pile in the middle of the hallway downstairs, and the kitchen was not clean. Changes plans to eat out, but it was like camping in a treehouse and truly beautiful.

The house has a nice view of and easy access to Green Hill Pond. Paddling kayaks to a beach you can only access by boat was a highlight. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would stay again.

We could not have asked for a better family vacation! The house was great and had amazing views of the pond and even the ocean off in the distance. The best part was taking the kayaks across the pond to the beach. Definitely will back again!

Location is excellent. Home has pond access and a beautiful view from the deck. Home has plenty of room but is starting to show its age and could use some updating.

This was our second year here and we enjoyed it as much if not more as the first year. It is ideally located at the end of a dead end street with great views of Great Hill Pond off its balcony. The owner provides use of canoes and kayaks whose access point is right next to the house. Take a sunset stroll around the neighborhood for incredible views.

The house has great space, large open floor plan on main level with enough room for every one to gather. Layout of the home allows for privacy and stepping away from the group as needed. Views from the deck and great room are spectacular. Having ac, washer/drier and propane grill made our 2 weeks in RI much more pleasant. Ray (owner) was very responsive via text and contacted us during the last storm to make sure we didn't need anything. Over all a great home in a quiet neighborhood, great for biking to Greenhill Beach with plenty of privacy, pond access to private ocean beach only accessible by boat.

Charming house at the end of a private street with very kind neighbors and an awesome view off the deck. Owner was very responsive and allowed us to use their kayak and canoe (with paddles and life vests) which made for great activities right at home. Short bike ride from Green Hill beach. All in all, a great experience
