The house was amazing. Exactly as described. We arrived to a steamy Las Vegas, but the house was nice and cool. We enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again!

My family - child, husband, myself and dog stayed at the property for a week. It was absolutely lovely. The pictures and description were accurate. The pool was clean and inviting. The house had everything you would need to stay, cook, (or not cook) and just relax. There were thoughtful touches everywhere. We were concerned about the dog and child going in the pool initially but there was a childproof gate with lock so we could control the access. We had no problems with the quiet times posted. The neighbors were helpful and friendly when we accidentally ordered DoorDash to the house next door. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the extra blankets and towels were welcome. The property is close to a lot of amenities and also to The Strip. We had no problems getting around and also found a great affordable doggy daycare near by for longer days away from the property. We are already thinking about next year and bringing my parents with us. Totally recommend this property!

Trust me! The pictures and description of this house do not do it justice! The home is amazing and perfect for a couples getaway. Three couples stayed in this house very comfortably! The Bedrooms each had their own private bathroom, which made it nice for privacy purposes. The kitchen was well appointed, the back patio and pool area were very relaxing, and the great room was an awesome space to gather and catch up with one another.
The next time we come to the Vegas area, we will definitely stay here again!

Exactly the space we needed to visit Henderson to visit family. We couldn’t have asked for better space between all the beds, bathrooms, and overall space. It was perfect for us!

The property is in a great area with loads of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, yet within 20-25min of anywhere you would want to go in and around LV so close enough to the action to enjoy everything Vegas has to offer but away from the strip so better for us travelling with kids.
The property was spotlessly clean and the hosts had really thought of everything with lots of little extras included like coffee (and an excellent Keurig machine), detergent for the washing machine, snacks etc.
Beds were super comfortable and the pool was fantastic with the kids.
Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
We would definitely recommend

This is the second time staying at one of Eddie and Michelle’s properties in Las Vegas and once again it exceeded our expectations. We could not think of anything more that they could have provided. Always Great communication and very helpful when needed. Thank you!

Clean as can be and spacious. We loved the pool, and relaxing in the comfortable back yard. Kitchen well supplied with gas stove and newer appliances. Gas grill in the back nearly new The location is 12 min to the airport and 15 min to the strip. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Would definitely return Hosts were very accommodating.

This house checked all the boxes for our family! We didn't want to be close to the strip and wanted a more family friendly environment. Had plenty for our kids to do with our wide age ranges (oldest 20 and youngest 9). The master bedroom was so luxurious! Super spacious house and every room had its own bathroom so that was a major plus. Would definitely stay again!
The ONLY issues were very minor... the master was pretty toasty but we just put one of the box fans provided in the doorway and that made the room pretty comfortable. We weren't able to use the jetted tub as when the jets were turned on some black matter came out of them... my guess is it just needed a little cleaning and doesn't get used much. Definitely not deal breakers and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! Owners were very communicative. They even had snacks and treats which my kids loved! Highly recommend! 😊

It has large bedrooms , open and spacious living area, great open kitchen to the living room and great amenities! The pool was great as well!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious luxury home. Pool and outdoor patio are awesome. Easy access to freeways, and plenty of shopping/restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood.

This house was perfect for our stay while attending our son’s wedding at Green Valley Ranch Resort. A four minute drive to GVR made it easy for us and for family coming and going to gather and relax in between events. An amazing kitchen with plenty of tableware and serving dishes to keep everyone fed. Luxurious beds and bathrooms, adequate seating, quiet surroundings, we could not have asked for more.

The property management was fantastic! Tried to book day of for a family emergency. Had a hard time booking through another online portal because it was a holiday weekend. They communicated in a timely fashion and helped to get us in the house ASAP!!! Also the house is lovely, very clean and well equipped. Lots of snacks!

Best vacation rental! We have vacationed in the
Palm Springs/Desert Cities for many years. We wanted to change and try somewhere else. Wow! Henderson, NV was a great decision. The house we stayed in was fabulous. Very clean, many games and activities, swimming pool. etc. We were impressed with the city of Henderson itself. We have a dog and there are many, many parks close by from a one minute drive to ten minutes. There are two shopping centers with everything possible less than 5 minutes away. Las Vegas is only 20 minutes away. But I have to say that Michelle and Eddie at Red Key Properties was by far the best rental company we have ever dealt with. In my past experiences with vacation houses that were booked through rental companies and not through the owner, it was frustrating trying to get help with a problem. Generally, I think they were always overwhelmed with too many rentals. But Michelle and Eddie were always friendly, helpful and have great and fast communication skills. We would definitely rent this house again or other rentals from them.

Everything they describe in the listing is 100% accurate and even though we had a few little issues everything was resolved right away from the little things like a remote wasn't working and they dropped off a new one before we'd even discovered that it was broken to coming in and fixing a broken bed the very next day. Very communicative even to the point of checking on us one day when we left the garage open but left us alone if we didn't need anything. This place is perfect for family and friends to enjoy their time in Vegas... Plenty of extra tp and all kinds of snacks and coffee. Close to stores and the strip. We are already planning to come again next year!

We loved the house!
We spent a month here and loved it. The property managers were so responsive to any issues. The house is as advertised and we loved the neighborhood. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Simply Stunning!
This home was absolutely amazing regarding the cleanliness of the home to all of the amenities that were throughout the home. There was no stone unturned here when they designed this home as an exclusive vacation rental. We truly enjoyed our time and will be booking one of their amazing homes in the future.
