De locatie was perfect. Midden op de strip en fijn dat je gratis in de garage kon parkeren. Verder was er altijd water en ijs beschikbaar. De kamer was netjes. Let er wel op dat het wel erg oud is van binnen.
Kamer was wat gedateerd. En de sportschool was ook wat beperkt.

It's very central. Huge apartment. Concierge was nice.
The staff just doesn't care. We had problems with parking and i waited in a very long line to get assistance, just to be told that i can't check in without my husband, and to my parking questions she just shrugged. Parking is extremely confusing!! If you follow Google maps you end up at the Cosmopolitan garage, our van was over the max height there. We had no idea there's another parking area for Jockey (through a tunnel or something, we ended up parked ten minutes away). It would have been so easy for the reception to at least TRY to help. It was an extremely stressful day. Another issue is that we booked two rooms and asked that they be close together because we are family.... They were in different buildings. It's also very very confusing to get to the Jockey elevator through the Cosmopolitan. Pillows are SO uncomfortable, feel like they cost 2 bucks. I would never ever stay here again.

La ubicación excelente, desde mi habitación se veían las fuentes de Belaggio. La cocina muy buena, como también el comedor. El baño impecable. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda la cama. Las sabanas blancas y el acolchado blanco son mis preferidos. Increíble el vestidor. 10 puntos. Alquile cuatro lugares en mi viaje, pero este me sorprendió.
Me hubiese gustado un poco mas lumionoso el comedor, una de las sillas tenia los resortes vencidos y había horno pero no habia ningun utensillo de cocina para poder usarlo.

This place is connected to the Cosmopolitan through a random elevator, so great location.
There were three staff members who were so sweet and kind, but they were repeatedly overruled by their boss/the manager who was incredibly rude and had no concept of customer service. The halls are creepy and our room was dark and dingy. There was a pull out couch but the cushions were dirty. Staying in this place is like staying in a basement apartment. It’s truly not worth it. If you want to save money go to the Golden Nugget. In our case, we just wanted to be close to the cosmopolitan which had a three night minimum for the weekend and we could only stay two. Big mistake. Huge. The room was not great but the biggest turnoff was the horrible manager. Let her go and promote one of the staff!

location is amazing and good price for a 6 people group suite! staffs are kind and often check and ask first for what i need and make sure us comfortable. great hospitality! i love to stay there if i am going to edc next year! thank you so much!

Location is great and worth the money
Reception Staff were very warm & helpful at both check in and check out.
Management could have been better - seems we were not allowed any suite by mistake and hence they had to allot us a suite at last moment. Luckily they had a spare one(Double beds instead of king bed which was good for us) but with not great view. The Room was really old with the carpet needing an immediate change. We had to walk with shoes to avoid that bare foot friction feeling. The bedsheets did not look fresh and one of them was smelly. We were too tired to complain at night and just used the other bed.

the location was perfect. the bed was super comfortable and the staff was all very friendly
the furniture was very outdated and worn out. there was a plug in socket on the floor with a lamp plugged into it. it was broken and shoved in with duct tape and you could see copper wire. someone could get electrocuted.

The value is good. The rooms are clean but are in a need of updating. Nice to have a coffee maker and refrigerator at not extra charge. No resort fees help make up for the rooms being outdated. Our room had no view either.
There a little convenience store you can buy some food and drinks. Short walk to restaurants which are very expensive. But that's vegas.
It's a good location for walking the strip. Parking, use the valet parking it is only 5.00 for 24 hr. Parking is free but the first time finding it was a little difficult and not many spots open.
Bathrooms are small but had good water pressure and hot water.
