Staff kept our luggage after our check out while we went to brunch with our daughter. The cleanliness of room and breakfast area. Love Business work area. The chair in the business office area were comfortable and work desk perfect height. Did not have to keep signing on while using the computer.
Have free items available and out for breakfast like cereal, fruit and bagels AFTER breakfast time is closed. Especially on weekends.

The blinds didn’t shut (were electric since it was a handicapped room) so we were kept awake all night by the outside lights.

It’s good location
Room we stayed has the issue with bathroom , water is clogged and it’s overflown . Someone came and fixed it and it’s still had same issue in the morning. We informed the staff but no one came to address it. All of us have to use the restroom downstairs

Good location to downtown
Our tv in our room kept going out with an error code and going offline.
Being disabled the coffee station is hard to maneuver with the creamer off to the side with no room to get back there. Also no sugar free syrup for the waffles and French toast Stix. You may want to change that for diabetic people.

Nice comfy beds with four pillows on each bed. I love to sleep with pillows under my knees/legs. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare, the did have plain Almond milk which was a plus.
Coffee was good, but no dairy-free creamer. Starbucks in the same parking lot.

The staffs are helpful and kind. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I feel welcomed and enjoy my stay a lot. If I am in town, I will stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend!!!

My room was next to the pool. Room 101 one night we try to get some rest we wanted to go to bed early but people in the pool were making so much noise. I believe it was around 10 PM. They finally quiet down. The next morning I told the receptionist at the front counter, Trish I believe was her name , but she didn’t seem to care.
