This trip was a year in the works as my husband and I wanted to celebrate our 80th birthdays with our favorite people in the world - our adult children and their kids. There were 14 of us. We came from Illinois, Utah, Washington State and Hawaii. The stay couldn’t have been better!!!!! We ate in most nights and the kitchen accommodated cooking and serving for 14. The “cabin” is amazing. Not only is it huge but there is ample to do in and out. The kayaks were in constant use as was the paddle boat and the pontoon which we wisely rented from the owner. There was never a dull moment and when we had questions we called the owner and he was available right away to answer them. Hayward was only 20 minutes away and it is such a fun little town. This is a must if you have a large family.

We loved our stay at the lodge. It was the perfect size to allow everyone to be together but yet still able to have some space for their own. We used the kayaks daily. Didn't catch many fish but the water is outstanding and fish were pleniful...we just weren't on our fishing game. The owner, Mike was super helpful with any questions we had prior and during. We are already talking about when to book our next stay at the lodge.

Stayed here in early May with 6 women total. This beautiful property is located at the end of a dead end road and is at the end of a peaceful lake, so our stay was very quiet & relaxing. The nature surrounding us was inspiring. We spent a lovely afternoon on the deck lounging in the Adirondack chairs - ahhh - heaven!! We were frequently happily distracted by wildlife!! The kitchen was large enough for us all to help in meal prep & we appreciated the 2 coffee makers, as we didn't all drink the same kind of coffee! The keurig was very handy for our decaf drinker. Mike, the host, was awesome to work with! Clear & efficient communications & very helpful with our group's specific needs. The large great room was a wonderful place to gather & we really enjoyed the fireplace with real wood, crackling, and warmth! We each had our own room so there was lovely privacy when needed. We all decided this was an amazing property and that we'd for sure like to return. We will plan more time for lingering outdoors and for renting the pontoon to go for a lazy putter around the lake. Thank you Mike for a wonderful stay!!!

We had a wonderful winter getaway with a group of 10 adults. We enjoyed all the space, cozy fireside games and perfect place to gather for meals together. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks to the host for making everything seamless.

Our spread out family looks for a place to gather over the holidays to spend some time together. Executive Custom Log Lodge was wonderful. The lodge provided ample space for our indoor activities. The kitchen was a very comfortable space and the deluxe dining table gave us a great place to gather for meals. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and plenty of room to spread out for different needs/activities. Mike was very responsive to our initial questions/needs and we all enjoyed our stay. Access to Hayward was easy as well.

This beautiful home worked out perfectly for our family of 14. Plenty of space and seating for the entire group to be together. Home was well stocked with everything that was needed.
If we go back to that area, we will definitely check this propery first.

The house was huge and better than we ever expected. Very responsive and helpful host. We will stay here again. Ask about using the boat! It’s a great pontoon.

Beautiful place....enough room for our group....good communication with Owner...driveway tricky if you have a boat couldnt turn around in driveway had to backout and we had 3 boat trailers....would definitely go back.

The cabin was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped for all of our meal preparations. There are plenty of areas in the cabin for family functions and fun. A large wraparound deck provided beautiful views of the lake. Will definitely go back........thanks so much to the hosts!

Look no further, This is a great place to stay. Location from activities is great, the location on the lake is excellent. The house has plenty of room, soft comfortable beds. Plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple family meals. Dock space was adequate, the option to rent the pontoon is nice which we did and turned out great. Family loved the pontoon rides in the evening. We stayed in the small lake which was plenty of space to cruise at sunset. The owner was very easy and nice to work with. Will definitely be back again, and the fishing was really good as well. Overall, like i said in the beginning, there's really no reason to look no further everything is right here.

Great place for large family get together. 14 of us enjoyed our stay here, with plenty of room so no one felt cramped. Basement with bar and game room was a great adult entertainment spot. We never left other than to get more groceries. Cooked all our meals in a kitchen that had basically everything you need plus having additional refrigerators, and freezer are a plus. Very confrontable and relaxing. We rent many vacation homes in WI and Caribbean this one was the best and was easy to communicate with owner. Round lake is a clear and clean lake with little boat traffic.

The property is beautiful, perfect for a group! Super clean, easy to get to. Owner communication was perfect, very responsive. Appreciated the option to add the boat rental and all the instructions so we could enjoy the lake too! We would definitely rent again.

Very impressed with the home & its overall cleanliness. I was a bit disappointed to see cigarette butts strewn throughout the exterior of the property. The host, Mike, was great help and was very responsive to last minute requests/text messages. The check in/out process was so painless it seemed virtually non-existent. I would have liked to know prior to booking, that the cabin was located at the end of a very narrow dirt road. We had a bus scheduled to pick us up & drop us off both evenings, however we had to walk over half a mile to the end of the pavement to meet the bus (not a fun walk back at midnight). Overall, a great property that I would absolutely stay at again! Great for a weekend family reunion or ‘boys trip’. Thanks again Mike.

Beautiful, massive cabin close to Hayward. This was a perfect stay for our large group in town for a ski race. Lots of space to spread out. Mike is very communicative and friendly. Would book again!

We had a wonderful weekend skiing, playing shuffle board, and going to the nearby supperclubs. There were a few things the kitchen was missing for a large group (we were 10). And the lights should be labeled, we couldn't find many lights that would have been nice to have on. I would also suggest installing some sort of anti-slip coating or treads on the stairs, we had several major falls. Even with the heat on, some of my family noted it was very cold at night. Other than that, a great place to spend a family weekend together! Beautiful area.

This property had everything we needed for our family getaway! The home is beautiful and a perfect layout for multiple people of all ages. A lot of separate space and gathering space. It offered something for everyone! The check in and out process was simple, and communication was good! There isn’t a thing we went without and zero complaints! Loved the wood burning fireplace upstairs and down! Would love to come back in the summer to utilize the exterior of the property!

Our favorite things we loved about the cabin is that it was big enough to fit our 20 people family and also big enough that our introverts didn't feel overwhelmed living with everyone for 4 days straight. Our other favorite thing was the pontoon boat. We were on that thing every day! Absolute delight.

There was plenty of space and beautiful views from the huge windows out to the lake! The basement had an amazing bar and entertainment area. So many beds and bedrooms to spread out! The host was so helpful and easy to work with! We will stay again!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We were a group of seniors (6 couples). It was nice that we could all spread out and enjoy ourselves. The huge table accommodated our meals and games. The decks and firepit were wonderful.

This spectacular log lake home is exquisite!! Rustic and elegant with beautiful decor throughout. Right on the lake- could hear the loon calls and seen many deer. We had a family of 8 adults and were able to gather comfortably for meals, lounge atound the multiple fireplaces, roast marshmallows around a large firepit, and soak in the sunshine on the wrap around deck. We alsio had the 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, a ping pong room, and 3rd family room in the lower level for space. We enjoyed the kayak, paddle boat, and pontoon. Big windows in a great room overlooking the lake was great for evening fireside chats. Also large well atocked kirchen to prepare meals. Mike was an extraordinary host- responsive and even drove over as we did not figure out the light switches. Truly a memorable family get together!!

Very nice property. The owner was very responsive with communication. The lake is so clear and beautiful; one of the best lakes we have been on in recent years. The property has lots of stairs, which were not great for the elderly in our group. Careful on the stairs inside as the wood is not even and you can slip easily on them. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a large family. I would ask the owner to have the cleaning crew check between/under couch cushions. We were looking for a pull out bed and found lots of surprises😮.
I would stay here again with family as we all had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home.

Amazing place
We stayed here with our extended family. The owner was super organized and responsive. The place is huge. We had tons of space for 12 of us. We kayaked around little round lake and rented the pontoon to take out on big round lake which made the stay so much fun. Lots of wildlife. 2 boat up restaurants. A large lawn to play games. Beautiful wrap around deck overlooking the lake. Would highly recommend!

The owner is super nice and accommodating. The location is amazing with so much to do in the area. Great shopping and restaurants. This is such a great getaway home. Very tough to have to leave.
