The room had multiple issues immediately obvious and a different room was provided.

The room first assigned was not clean, sheets had some kind of powder on them, other defects immediately obvious. Couple next door scream fighting. Would not visit again.

The Manager and staff were very professional and helpful...I arrived, after making a reservation through priceline, to having to pay twice...There was a technical delay but the Gentleman at the front desk accommodated me as much as possible and the next morning, The manager, Jennifer, spoke with priceline and immediately the problem was resolved..

The heat was on in an already hot room. The AC was noisy. The floors were very dirty - don't blame it on the remodeling on the lower level. There were dirty socks, from a previous guest I assume, in the bathroom. Only a blind person could have missed them.

The location is great there are a lot of nearby restaurants to go to. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and did their jobs well.

Bathroom was decent. Location was good.

Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Light over the bed didn't work. House keeping didn't come in to tidy up the room. It appears that there might be some people living there.

They have no breakfast and the Location was nice cause it made up for them Not havig breakfast alot of Restaurants in the area

I left my necklace on the sink. When I called about it 30 hours later, it was not turned in by housekeeping. It has been 4 days and I still haven't heard from the manager. I have called 5 times and left messages. I finally called corporate, the CSR called the hotel and she couldn't reach her either. I would not care if it was costume jewelry but it was a diamond necklace and it was a Christmas gift from my daughter. It has meaning behind it. You would think after all the messages I have left she would have called me back. They need to teach their staff to return calls within 24- 48 hours.

The bed was horrible. Bedding looked like it had not been changed. Bathroom was not clean.
