Excellent value for money, property was very close to the City centre, easily one of the best places i have stayed for a weekend away, would highly recommend to anyone.

Door entry codes that were tricky but staff were on site to help out very quickly. Everything was really clean and good quality beds and bedding, showers and furniture, all rooms were similar which was great and all en suite which was a bonus. Crockery and cutlery were great quality and the welcome pack came in really handy. So suitable that we are already considering returning next year.

Nothing major wrong with the property just a couple of minor points. We were only a group of six but if all rooms were fully occupied there would not have been enough dining chairs. Would have liked rubbish bins to be marked up for recycling. There was no local information folders with take away menus or local things to do. Otherwise everything was of a really high standard.

Stayed with family for a wedding. The property is fresh and modern . Secure car park much appreciated.

Very clean and spacious, lovley touch with complimentary milk and coffee/tea. Customer service was excellent. House is very big, rooms are spacious. Everything you need.

The road noise was excessive so many loud cars wheelspining and racing around. Very dangerous for children if they went outside to the shop.

recently travelled here as part of a hen party, the house is so much bigger than it looks on the picture and a bonus that each bedroom has its own en suite. the living area was a great size for everyone to sit together. the car park next to the property providing off street and easy access parking was great! fans providing in every room including the living room all rooms including the en suites very clean irons and ironing board provided all round great stay and would stay again!

i would say the kitchen is too small for a house of 10 as you can only get about 2-3 people in the kitchen at a time. this was fine for us as we weren’t cooking but could be an issue if people wanted to cook. there are also not enough glasses and mugs in the cupboard for the amount of people - miss match wine glasses and only 6 mugs in the dining area there are only 8 seats at the table, this was fine for us as there was only 8 of us but if you had 10 people filling the house to full occupancy, this could be an issue. i also think some of the windows were really hard to open and understand how to open them with them being an old coach house. i think maybe instructions would be beneficial it was a pain that you had to exit the car park via the car gate using a code and then use a different code to get into the foot gate to the property, there is not a gate that goes direct from the car park to the front door.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the stay, the location had good facilities and the Peak District Park was only aboout 20 miles away. If you are going to Peak District National park it would be good to have a car, but the bus services are also frequent.

Everything was excellent

The location was ideal as it was walking distance to the centre of Derby. The property was very spacious and much better in real life than the impression given by the photos. It was lovely to be greeted with milk, tea, coffee and a selection of biscuits and cereals. The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable and it was fabulous to have an en suite for each room.

There were only 8 dining chairs although the property slept 10 so we were unable to all sit and eat together. The only other thing was that, as we arrived during storm Eunice, it would have been a lot more convenient to have been able to unpack the cars directly into the property rather than having to leave the car park and walk round to the front door through another coded gate.

I loved the ease of been able to contact the company. The house was amazing and surpassed our expectations. I loved the wide space within the house and the location was perfect.

it is so stunning and each bedroom has its own bathroom,

didn’t affect our stay because it’s winter but would be nice to have some outdoor seating in the summer.

There is a gate that needs to be opened using a key code. This was no problem but cars do come down the road quite fast and it's close to the corner. Could benefit from instructions on using washing machine, dishwasher, heating in apartment.....where to put rubbish / ? recycling.

This property was exceptional, photos don’t do it justice. The amount of space is incredible and all bedrooms being on suit is a real bonus. We had a great family weekend for my daughters birthday.

Only one observation, property was for 10 people but dining table only sat 8.

The house was ideal for us especially the five onsuite bathrooms. It had everything you need for a stay prior to a wedding, irons and boards, hairdryers, wardrobes and lovely full length mirror.

Property was in excellent condition, spacious and very clean. Great location. Hosts were very responsive and attended to any queries promptly. Loved our stay and would definitely return
