Very responsive and nice customer service. They were extremely prompt to address any issues and concerns we had.

It was just a lovely big, clean, modern space that felt incredibly comfortable and homely! HIghly recommend if you need to be staying out that way :)

Can't think of anything that I didn't like... Oh the wifi was either really slow or not working, but I travel with my own portable wifi so it wasn't an issue :)

It was very clean. Good linen on the beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very good communication with owner.

The beds were comfortable but small. I know another customer commented on this. We didn’t find them as awkward as they did, but we did find them small. Certainly fine for a couple of nights though, and I suppose it depends what you are used to and how much space you take up when you sleep 🙂. We were worried that one of the windows wouldn’t close properly and being on the ground floor it caused some concern. However we notified the owner and they had no idea that this was the case and appreciated being informed. All was well and the area is quiet and feels secure.

Location ideal for members of our family who were sleeping over a few nights and preparing for a wedding. Having an apartment meant we had the peace and security of the property without being disturbed for our entire stay and able to get ready in our own time for the afternoon event. Our 4 year old granddaughter was OK to stay, something other rents don't allow. Gatwick Hotels can be terrible for people arriving up from bar at 2 or 3 a.m and other getting up and leaving from 3 or 4 a.m. I met the owners of the apartment who were really friendly, asked if we needed anything and were available locally if we had had any problems.
