A good size and cozy apartment for a family of 3. Quiet environment. There were 4 single beds and 1 sofa, and they were of reasonable comfort.

1. Heater was not working well at all and it was extremely cold and uncomfortable in the house during winter. 2. Water ponding in the bathroom after showers despite shower water barrier. 3. Shower curtain stinks. 4. Shower soap and conditioner dispenser was extremely hard to use and required prolonged duration of pressing with large strength to get the soap or conditioner out. 5. Bathroom was very small. 6. Stairs leading to the apartment and road outside were very slippery and of fall hazard during winter. 7. Owners were extremely unresponsive. I had issues with booking and had to amend something, but I could not contact the owners despite emails, WhatsApp messages and calls. Even booking.com could not get in contact with the owners. 8. Not near to any facilities or shops at all. 9. Cleanliness could be improved. 10. Main door to apartment was spoiled and multiple people staying in the building were stranded outside in the cold during winter for a few hours.

There was an ICA supermarket nearby and the apartment was spacious.

Many of the installations were precarious and there was little to no sound insulation: both people in other apartments and the wind could be heard very loud. Far to walk from the new city center. Dubious cleanliness

Large amd well equipped apartment in quiet area near centre. Easy to find and access. Good parkibg. Clean amd neat.

Great price compared to other places in Kiruna.

Property was listed as 7 people but there were only 5 proper beds, 1 couch (not really a sofa bed) and a crappy stretcher that was not at all comfortable.

The landlords were exceptionally friendly. I have never met such great landlords. We had a problem with a bus to go to Jukkasjärvi, and they offered to bring us there. We also had wonderful conversations in the car. After this, they even proposed to provide a sauna session. The landlords are super available.

The only negative comment I can give is that there weren't enough hooks to hang all of our towels or jackets.
