Excelente el hotel, el desayuno muy rico y muy bien ubicado

It was pleasant to stay at Scandic Kiruna. You can find the snowy landscape at the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you want to go on tours, you can find the guide office in a hundred meters. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and drink, even for vegetarians. If you want to see the northern light, this place is a good starting point.

Maybe the breakfast time could last at least half an hour longer.

I liked overall feeling of the hotel (the room, reception, restaurant) and also the facilities - Sauna and Skybar at the top of the building with amazing view, I liked relax zone with fireplace near reception. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpfull, therefore the accomodation procedures went fluent and really quick.

The worst experience was with restaurant staff during dinner time - the food order was mixed up and we noticed a lack of team work during dinner time among the staff, but apart from this food was great and the dinner time finished nicely.

Rooms are very good and public spaces are roomy.

Only buffet on restaurant. Hallway mats are disgusting and dirty.

Breakfast was exellent. The room was too hot when we went to bed. It was not possible to set down the temperature. In the middel of the night we went down and got an airconditionmachine.

Everything was ok. The staff was excellent, and the facility was good.

We arrived at 15pm and waited 1 hour for the room to be ready. The staff gave us restaurant vouchers as compensation. However, the cleaner hadn't left until we walked in the room, so I doubt she cleaned the room thoroughly.

Location, overall design of the hotel and the family room. Sky bar and restaurant area very nice and Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Unfortunately the aircon was not working during our stay in July and the staff brought us additional fans. Also the drainage in the shower did not function properly so the bathroom floor flooded. Apart from those 2 points very nice stay.

New good hotel, nice location and very good breakfast.

Price was very high, same level hotels don't cost over 200€ elsewhere for two. LKAB-mine and the moving of the town propably keeps the demand high, but it's still high.

The 30-second walk from the bus stop to the hotel entrance was the thing I appreciated most.

Very good hotel in new Kiruna. very beautiful view from the rooms and in particular for the bar at the top of the building or from the sauna. Very high ceiling in my room

Not well organised regarding the parking. There is a payment parking in the same building but the staff was not able to provide any information about it. The free parking of the hotel is in a field on the other side of the road, but also there no info on how connect your car to the electric plug. Disappointing. Basically no furniture in the room. Cost/value ratio not very good

The comfort of the hotel. Friendly staff who try to make the best of your stay. Comfortabel beds. Beautiful view from the sauna and Top bar. Supermarket and some simple restaurants near by. Good breakfast buffet.

The room was too hot. 23dgr at night gave me a headache and at -20 outside was a big contradiction. Area is still in process of construction but getting to be nice. Bad public transport from the airport of you arrive on the eurowing flight from Düsseldorf. And in the weekend the local busses to the old centre go once 1,5hr. Old centre is getting empty and not much to do.

Breakfast was super. A large smorgasbord.

I like all except from the restaurant, rude, abd the food is okay-ish

Nice rooftop bar with a great bartender. Public areas were super nice, great decor. Breakfast included coffee as well, including espresso (at the automated machine, but was decent).

Some reception staff (not all) barely spoke English. Breakfast was mediocre (cold omlettes). Because of how the floors are arranged, your room could be very far away from the elevator - we walked a fair bit every time. Even though it's in the "new" city centre, it's still far away from the city and pretty much everything you might want to do - the buses are sketchy, so it could be that walking for an hour to the city is faster.

the new scandic is in the new center of Kiruna, there is not much around and taxis are very difficult to get in Kiruna

Great location, right next to the bus stop from the airport and to the old town and train station. Room spacious and very clean. Sauna had great views. Nice buffet breakfast/dinner and lobby/restaurant area. Staff very accommodating for a late check out which really helped.

I had to wait a while at reception for check in/out, there was no one around on both occasions and when asking other staff for assistance I was told to just continue waiting. However when staff did arrive they were polite and friendly.
