DISGUSTING! Didn’t even refund us even though as soon as we unlocked our door to the room and looked in, turned right around and asked for our money back and they denied!

This hotel is one of the worst that you can stay in, super dirty the blankets and bed sheets all had cigarette burns, the room that I got had socks and a lot of dirt and everything was moved around. Super disgusting. It was freezing outside, and we needed a place to rest a bit and stay warm. We had been driving for more than 13hours and the weather was getting pretty bad. It was super late at night, and we had no other choice to stay, but man it seemed like people next to us had a party or something, you could hear loud music and screams. We left as early as we could.

The door had trouble closing. Needed some new equipment and paint. Lighting needed more. Burn marks on bed and bathroom tub .

Room is outdated and dirty! Brown gooey substance in fridge! Dusty and filthy mirrors! Not sure this room has been cleaned in weeks! Air is set on 60 and it’s burning up in here!

I liked everything about my stay. From the staff to housekeeping, I was impressed and happy with everything that I extended my stay and have been here 6 days now.
In the previous question I explained that I liked pretty much everything about this hotel. There's nothing nothing I don't like so far. Staff are wonderful and welcoming.

Location
The room was dirty first of all...holes in the walls...the mattress was old ...water was leaking behind the toilet...hair and dirt in the bathtub. Never again

They were nice at check-in. That’s all.
The room had roaches. The housekeeping lady opened my door at 9am no knock or anything. The wifi kept disconnecting. Drugs being sold everywhere. Weird people walking outside at all hours. When I contacted office staff, they seemed unconcerned, as they had already gotten my money.
