Good location for dover ferry. Clean room . Unfortunately had to leave before 8am. So no cooked breakfast.

Owners were very friendly. Room was small but comfortable. TV worked fine. Breakfast very good.

Parking was limited - had to park in an adjacent road. The dedicated shower was temperamental running hot and cold, The sinks in the room and the bathroom were very small making it difficult to wash/clean teeth.

Zimmer war sehr sauber, Betten waren bequem , da wir sehr früh weg mussten gab es Frühstück zum selbst herrichten, alles vorhanden.

die vorderen Zimmer sind sehr laut, da es sehr heiß war ,mussten die Fenster geöffnet bleiben, war so laut das wir früher weggefahren sind .

Fantastic value for money The owners were lovely I had a fantastic nights sleep I loved the cooked breakfast Also being able to my dog at no extra charge was a bonus Would recommend it to anyone

Very friendly hosts, very clean rooms and a good breakfast. Four private parking spaces in front of the house, when full, street parking. Dog friendly. Dogs can run free in the secured rear garden. A small Supermarket is close-by.

I got bitten by mosquitoes. There is a pond at the back in someone else's garden so they sneak in. They need a plug in that kills them. They should provide bottled water in the room. I do not think the tap water is good.

Sarah and Jim are exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in room 8 with my dog. Breakfast was a selection of cereals, jams and toast for my outward Journey to Calais as I had an early checkout, however was more than adequate for my needs. On my return journey I had a full English cooked breakfast due to later checkout. I can honestly say Sarah and Jim are so friendly and helpful and will definitely stay again.

Really warm welcome from Sarah and Jim. Very generous give info to explore folkstone in the evening leading to a really good stay. Room was really comfortable and clean so got a good rest for an early start in the morning. Ideally situated for an early ferry from Dover

Bed was a little too soft for me and was a little light in the room at dawn. Some fixture are a little dated

The hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. The facilities were nice and thoughtful. The breakfast was spectacular.
