Perfect home but when calling to get it cleaned the response was OK but never seen anyone the hole time we were there.

The house was easy and ready for early checkin. Unfortunately, the house was dirty throughout. No vacuuming in what appears to be a long time. The kitchen had bacon grease on counter tops and many dishes required recleaning. No hand towels or dish towels and less than sufficient paper towels. We did enjoy the games in the garage and layout of the house. This place has potential but needs a lot of work

This home was beautiful! Nestled within Suncadia, this was the perfect place for some much needed R&R! Walking distance to the lodge, the winery, the restaurant and the rec center. Although the house was kind of cold it was well equipped with heaters which made it nice and cozy. Can’t wait to go back!

Was perfect for our family

House is beautiful and spacious, which would normally be a good things for a large family. However there were only 2 tiny space heaters from 1980 & a fireplace and wall unit that gave off NO heat for the huge downstairs living area. It is a very large room with cavernous ceilings and would require a better system in place to heat properly. It was -15 degrees (which I understand is unusually cold) but it was only about 45 degrees downstairs our whole stay, with all the provided sources of heat on high. We cooked in the kitchen in heavy coats & gloves. We spent all the time indoors in the bedrooms upstairs where it was warm; it was not a great way to spend time together as a family. Extremely unhappy with the heating - especially after how much we paid to stay there. A reasonable expectation of comfort is not too much to ask. In addition to the frigid living room & kitchen, there were dirty dishes in the sink, crumbs all over the couch (which we didn’t sit on anyway because it was too cold) and dried egg or something all over the stovetop. Plus the oven looked like it has never been cleaned. Whoever was there ti clean it, was probably too cold to finish. It’s a shame because we really liked the house but it is not well maintained (or heated!!!).

Our extended family rented this home for a Thanksgiving gathering. The setting and layout was perfect for us to gather and visit together. HOWEVER, when we entered the house, it was set at 50 degrees. There was no central air, only mini-split heat pumps that didn't work on the main floor. We were unsuccessful getting any help from Vacasa that night. We kept our down parkas, hats, and scarfs on until we retreated early to our bedrooms, in which the heat worked thankfully. We had to leave the portable heaters on all night on the main floor, which really didn't feel safe. But it was 34 degrees outside and we didn't want to eat breakfast in 50 degree temps. There were no instructions how to work the heat or the televisions. The TV on the main floor worked, but we were too cold to watch that one until the 2nd night when the house heated to 62 degrees (thanks to the bedroom heat) . And we could only get one TV to work in the bedrooms. If it weren't for these things, it would have been a wonderful stay. I would recommend it for a summer stay, but not for a winter one unless they get the heat issue resolved.

Great stay

If you are wanting to stay in Suncadia this is the place! Home was clean and plenty of room for the whole family! Perfect location near golf course and walking trail and lake. Home had everything you could need! Thank you for a great stay!

Good overall. Coffee machine defunct. Hot water slow to all taps.

We rented this house for my daughter's birthday so she could bring her friends with us and have a great time! The house is huge and in a very nice area, close to the pond with the activities rental. Clean and with all the comforts you need. I would love to come back one day.

The space was lovely and worked wonderfully for our group of 10; plenty of space, was very clean, and had all the necessary amenities and supplies. The one thing we wished was better was the internet speed. Streaming shows was basically impossible as it would just buffer endlessly.

The house was very lovely. Kitchen was well stocked, the games in the garage were fun. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the house was not well cleaned. There was inadequate laundry detergent and I nly one dishwasher pod. Found two baking sheets covered with food and bacon grease and leftover bacon. Inadequate pans to cook basic breakfast. Disappointing for the money spent.

We had a great time here with a few of our friends and their dogs! The house is located across from the resort, walking distance to restaurants, and has a great entertainment room. We will absolutely be booking this place everytime we come to Suncadia.

We loved the main floor with its big open floor plan and the garage had great games for the whole family to play! Walking distance to the sled hill, ice rink and restaurants. Was a great New Years!

WhatI loved was how big the house was. It's location was a plus. Amenities were great; spices and enough cooking utensils for meals prep.

This place is great! It's very accessible to the other resorts and eating options, walking trails, and pups are allowed! The surrounding area is quiet, and the house is large enough to hold a large group without stepping on each other. Will stay here again next time I'm in the area!

We loved our weekend stay at this home in Suncadia. We were a 5-10 minute walk to the main lodge, coffee shop, restaurants, and about 15 to the winery. Biking/walking trails are right outside and are extensive. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Even had coffee pods and tea. Communication was great. Would recommend!

We booked this location for a weekend trip with a large group of friends (adults and their kids). We booked two homes in two minute walking distance of each other. The entire experience was fantastic. The home met all our needs and everyone was super comfortable, especially the kiddos. We would highly recommend it!

The process was very easy property was as described.

Perfect for multi family stay, The second floor has two master bedrooms with a third-floor bedroom with a queen and a second-floor bunkbed loft. The kitchen had everything you need and a spacious eating and living room. Our kids enjoyed the toys and games that were available. We appreciated that it was dog friendly and still very clean.

Lots of space and games for the family and a very convenient location to the resort. Some areas need more attention when cleaning, such as under couches and beds. Some of the kitchen supplies are tired and should be replaced. Bedrooms could use window shades.

Very nice house, plenty of room for the 5 adults with all the amenities needed. Very nice welcome bag with extras too! Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of linens, pillows, blankets. Easy walk to the pool, spa and lodge. Super easy communication and check in/out process.

This property worked very nicely for our larger family composed of grandparents, and two adult, married children, each with their own families. The three-level home allowed for families to be spread out and have alone time as needed. We would definitely rent again.

What a wonderful place to stay.... high-quality home with elegant touches. They even had a Christmas tree in the living room...simply didn't want to leave...

Our executive leadership team hosted a year-end planning session at Suncadia, and use this home to house a portion of our team. Great location, clean, beautiful lodging. Thank you for an excellent stay.

We would love to stay here again

Dishwasher was a little bit of a challenge getting it to work.

We had two sets of adults . This property was perfect because it allowed dogs and was close to the events we were going to onsite. The downfall was that the upstairs AC still isnt working and it was quite warm during our stay so one of the couples had to split into the queen size bed and the bunk bed instead of staying in the king size bed on the 3rd floor. We would have opened the windows since it was cool at night but they dont have screens in that room. Also the dishwasher was "broken" which was not a big deal since we had food provided at the events we did . Overall I would stay again but I would verify items are repaired before doing so.

Carpet and walls were dirty, garbage from previous renters was stacked in garage/game room, dirty dishes, blankets and pillows on couch were stained, ac and dishwasher did not work (owners knew this and didn't warn us beforehand). Note: you cannot use Suncadia pools unless you rent through Suncadia. Location is perfect, if the home could be kept up, it would be a great rental
