Velmi pěkné ubytování s terasou v dobré lokalitě.
Vše čisté, parkování k dispozici v garáži v přízemí, příjemný personál.
Ve sprchách není k dispozici šampon a sprchový gel (myslím, že tohle už je dneska standard).
Při check inu jsme obdrželi nalomený klíč od pokoje, který se nám mohl kdykoliv zlomit v zámku.

Lokalita byla super, měla jsem jednání v kampusu - ideální poloha. Snídani nehodnotím, nebyla v nabídce. Fajn ale byla konvice a čaj (výběr ze 2) na pokoji. Moc mne potěšila možnost parkovat v garáži. Je dobrý pocit mít auto v bezpečí a v zimě to má ještě další přidanou hodnotu - sedáte do teplého a nezamrzlého auta. Pán, který mi předal klíče byl moc sympatický. Pomohl mi se zavazadlem na pokoj a vše vysvětlil.
Nic moc mne nenapadá, fakt jsem byla spokojená. A to mám hodně po hotelích za život "nabydleno". Jen snad trochu legrační připomínka: hodiny na mikrovlnce svítí v noci do očí :-).

Pěkná lokalita, příjemný apartmán, vstřícný hostitel. Klidné místo, ocenila jsem možnost posezení na balkóně. Kávové kapsle potěšily.
Vše bylo v pořádku snad jen doporučení - současná polička v koupelně je dost malá, hodila by se ještě jedna a nějaký věšák na použité ručníky. Na delší pobyt by asi bylo kuchyňské vybavení (nádobí) trochu chudé.

Tichá lokalita, autobusová zastávka priamo pred ubytovaním, v blízkosti obchodné centrum. Apartmán čistý, veľa ukladacieho priestoru, pohodlná posteľ, veľká terasa.

Cozy apartment, well equipped, excellent localization (15 min by tram from the city centre). Welcoming and helpful host, no problems with either checking in or out.

Location chosen as we were were traveling through Czechia fro Poland to Germany.
Although it states it has EV charge station. It is only a 32A CEE 5 pin outlet and you need to have a smart portable charges with a CEE 5 pin to type2 connection in order to make use of the outlet.
Might be a good idea for the owner to add this comment to the property description.

Suberb location. Near to public transport that gets you to the city center as well as the zoo. Clean and cozy place.

Appartments are very nice, comfortable and clean. The building was very modern an quiet, which we really appreciated. Beds were super comfortable. Right next to the building there's a shopping centre with everything you need. The parking was really good as we had our own space, in the garage
It's bit far away from the centre of the city, but there's a bus station right in front of the building. The kitchen could be better equipped, but all these were really minor issues

Modern, cozy apartment, close distance to shopping mall and University campus with many shops and restaurants. Close proximity to public transportation. Quiet, good windows isolation. Convenient garage access.

Nice place, nice manager. Good value for little money.
The location is a bit far off the center. If you have a car the 6 km distance does not really matter. There is a shopping center with a Starbucks Coffee nearby and some public transport to the city center.

Everything was clean and nice. Martin the host was amazing and very helpful. The price it’s great compared to other places and what they offer. it was great overall.

The communication with the accommodation was very obliging. The accommodation very is comfortable and a well-equiped kitchen is at the disposal of the guests. Free guarded parking was available.

Prefect location right next to the hospital and biopark campus of FNUSA. Responsiveness of the host with reception office right next to the apartment building. Free and easy to access car parking space, rare for such prime location. Nice coffee machine. The host, Martin, has always been approachable and helpful: excellent service attitude.

The host Martin was super friendly, it was aesy to collect the keys and there was everything we needed at the apartment. The bed was very comfy, all the place was clean, the neighbourhood was quiet, and overall an awesome stay - definitely recommend:)

Quick and friendly communication with the host. The property had everything! Coffee beans, hairdryer, flat iron. Super comfy, would definitely come back 🙂
