A very enjoyable stay in an ideally situated apartment. Only problem was that it was impossible to communicate with the owner via the property manager when we were leaving and wished to tell her where we had left the keys.

Perfect stay. Short ways to restaurants, supermarkets, train station etc.
Arriving at Manchester Airport it would have been possible to travel without a car - to West Kirby, but also alongside the Dee and parst of the Mersey for day trips. We used a rental car but we will opt to public transport in the future.
You should be aware that the flat faces to a not-that-quiet road, but traffic eases considerably in the evening.

A lovely comfortable apartment, well equipped for all our needs. A warm welcome from our host Lynn, with the makings of a cuppa on our arrival. A superb location for exploring the Wirrral, Liverpool, Chester and even North Wales. Located in the Centre of West Kirby, a great choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely walks directly from the apartment. A highly recommended place to stay.

Lynn’s property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and lovely walks by the lake. The apartment is very clean and has everything to make your stay welcoming, there is a good parking spot outside the apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay Lynn!

We really enjoyed our stay.The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the promenade,supermarket and very good restaurants. Good shops available in quiet street in heart of town..
The property was as described with all the amenities you would need -and thanks for the thoughtful provisions and wine received on arrival. Only drawback was difficulty sometimes in accessing parking bay at night but easily remedied by using street parking outside
It makes an ideal base for a holiday on the Wirral and Merseyside. The train to Liverpool is only 5 mins. walk away. We ate out at Andre's and Figo and both were excellent.

The location of this property is perfect! Very close to restaurants, shops and to downtown West Kirby. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and includes everything you would need throughout your stay.

Everything was as promised. I slept on sofa bed which was fairly comfortable. Clean and well equipped with good heating and hot water for baths and shower. Great location near station, shops, restaurants and the sea. Stayed here before and will stay again. Very good communication from the remote host.

Spot on
The location was great allowing us to visit all of the places we had planned. The apartment was ideal for us as a married couple being extremely well fitted with adjacent private car parking. With cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep we had a great choice and the kitchen was well fitted when we ate in. Thanks, Lynn we enjoyed meeting you

Perfect!
Clean, perfectly and fashionably appointed flat. West Kirby is an idyllic, relaxing beach town with great restaurants and beach walks. The flat is in the best location in town, steps from beach and restaurants. Our host Lynn was a tremendous help when we had trouble with our car. Wonderful experience.

Lovely Christmas stay
Lynn made our Christmas stay as easy as possible for us, we were emailed details for checking in days in advance. The apartment was beautiful, clean and everything we needed was there. It was a great base for us while visiting family and was a great location. Thank you Lynn!

Perfect for solo travelers
The property was spotlessly clean and a perfect size for a solo traveler, like me. There are two bars within a 60 second walk of the apartment, a fish & chip shop a four minute walk away, and a Morrison's supermarket a five minute walk away. Marine Lake is also a five minute walk and with a designated parking spot for your car, this is an ideal place to use as a base.

This property is spotlessly clean, has a fantastic central location to walk anywhere in West Kirby, good parking, lovely treats from the host together with fast efficient and pleasant communication. Can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely return.

This is a really great property in a very good position in West Kirby. Unfortunately because of Covid 19 and because of my age ,it was necessary to leave early. I will definately return.

Having stayed in many apartments over the years I rate this one as one of the top regarding standard and situation.

A perfect combination of seaside and city!
The flat was simply perfect - for two guests. West Kirby is a nice little town, everything is close by what you need (f.e. supermarket, café). The train station is only a five minutes walk away - which is really great. In 30 Minutes, you are in the city centre of Liverpool. But you can also enjoy the beaches in West Kirby. A perfect combination of seaside and Liverpool!

Great location
This was a great property, exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well presented with some very thoughtful touches. Lynn was quick to respond and even dropped off a fan due to the exceptionally hot weather. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Wirral next.

Perfect weekend bolthole
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The flat was even nicer than expected: the photos didnt do it justice. West Kirby is a delight. The location couldn’t have been better. Trip by trsin into Liverpool couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment
The owner is a gracious hostess, who offers a clean, modern, and very attractive apartment. Everything needed for an enjoyable, extended stay is included. The apartment is an easy walking distance to retail, restaurants, train, and the beach. The owner promptly responds to emails. The price is reasonable. We can only recommend this apartment with great enthusiasm.

Fantastic Location
We spent a weekend here and it really is the perfect base for exploring Liverpool and the wider area. The apartment is well appointed, and has everything you need for your stay. The Prosecco was a lovely extra touch too.

Excellent
This is the second time I’ve stayed here - for over a week, and I love it. It’s an easy walk to the beach, bird sanctuary, sweet town and beautiful hiking paths.
The flat is spotless and has everything one needs to be able to cook easy meals and feel at home. Everything is modern, in good taste and cheery and the lounge has enough space for me to practice yoga. It is also very quiet and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable and the room can be made dark which is great for jet lag! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and well appointed flat
The flat has been refurbished well and is very conveniently situated for the shops, restaurants and sea front at West Kirby. We used it as a base for visiting family about twenty minutes away.

The apartment is beautifully presented and very comfortable. Centrally located in the town so close to all the amenities. We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing stay in a lovely property. No hesitation in recommending.

Lovely accommodation.
Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented accommodation. It's in a large building with about 4 other flats, but it was very quiet and suited our needs perfectly. It's a few mins walk to the station where a train to Liverpool for two costs about £10 return and gets you into the city in just over half an hour. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Lynn was a good host who responded very quickly to any queries we had. All in all a very pleasant and positive experience.

Lovely apartment in a stunning location
We really enjoyed our stay - there are loads of homely little touches in the apartment which were lovely and made it a real home from home. Lynn was really flexible with us as we needed to change the checkin date and her communication was great. Lynn stopped by half way through our stay to bring us fresh towels - which we thought was a nice touch.
