There is a corner shop very near to the property , that make it easy for us when we need something.

Parking was not explained properly, we have to find parking by ourselves and figure it out how to avoid getting ticket. If only i can suggest , in the future since the owner of that place can buy a visitors pass from the council, maybe tbey should provide a visitor parking ticket for those who will rent their property for an extra fee. Because we dont mind paying the visitors pass as long as our car is near to us rather than looking for a safe place to park our car. Imagine we found a pay parking about 20 minutes walk away from the property, where there is a parking just i front of the property but we cannot park there overnight because we dont have a visitors papss. Next time pls provide visitors pass so they can park in front of the proerty overnight even with an extra charge its okay...

the sofa

there was MOULD in all the bed rooms but 1 - grease stains on the walls in the kitchen - key lock box was so difficult to open when we spoke to staff they just said “use more force” and the code to get in was left showing on the box below the deposit box so anybody could’ve got in - heating barley worked and the whole house was freezing - the double room had frozen dried up sick on the outside of the window sill so couldn't open the window unless you wanted the smell of sick in ur room. - not enough toilet roll for 3 days with 8 people - chipped paint on all thewalls - over flowing bins and rubbish all in the front of the property - cans and cigarette butts all over the floor I'm the garden - no bulb in the the lamp in the living room - stained arm chair

Very dirty as seen in pictures, had to clean ourselves on arrival, still awaiting damage deposit returned 18 days later
