The location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood very near St Albans City train station and just 15 mins from the Centre. Very functional apartment and Kudirat was extremely helpful and responsive for all questions.

There was no draining board or drainer. At home I have a drainer on a tray. Something like that would have been useful.

For a luxury apartment the pans cutlery China and glass warehouse were rubbish and totally inadequate. No indication of how to dispose of rubbish. Needed new pillows and cushions.

Super clean , larger than expected !! Facilities were perfect for what we needed !! Any issues owners were easy to contact !

Codes to enter building could be quite temperamental but other than that had an AMAZING STAY !!

Good walking distance to the city centre and other local amenities.

The property is right next to the rail tracks and the constant noise from the trains was relentless. We were working from the flat for a day or two and work calls were difficult with the noise. The trains went all night as well and were very loud. This isn't something the owner can rectify but they could include ear plugs next to the beds for example or give a warning when booking that this is an apartment very close to the rail tracks. The mattress/bedding require upgrading - this property is marketed as "luxury" but the bedding is anything but. The pillows are flat and give zero support or comfort and the mattress again has no support and you can feel the springs through it. We were staying for a week, which I would assume is a typical length of stay in this property, however there was no mirror in either bedroom for getting ready, no drawers for unpacking and only one bedside table. It feels like the minimum has been done to furnish this property.

Premises were clean and comfortable and to a reasonably good standard.

Facilities were poor in that the kitchen was poorly equipped in so far as cutlery and crockery and the oven was difficult to use. The worst problem was the noise from the railway lines with trains running past every few minutes and making it difficult to even carry on a conversation with the windows open

The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious . It is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The landlord is nice and kind. She replied us promptly and help solving the problems immediately. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Do stay there again.

Great location if your working in London and have to travel back north on a Friday. Clean spacious and good WiFi. Hi spec kitchen and shower. All round great stay. Best in St Albans!!
