It was a designed beautiful home

What a fantastic house! It is spacious and light and cozy. You have an unparalleled view of baldy mtn which you can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. Its a short walk to the lift at warm springs lodge and has a heated garage that is great for gear! Definitely recommend!

This home as well appointed, and the layout was perfect. Two master suites, two queen suites, and a large bunk room fit 12 of us very well. Though a short walk to the lifts, the property is peaceful and quiet. Deer and moose visited the property often. The well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked nightly. This house is outstanding.

Had an amazing time staying at this property. It is so beautifully done, has all the needs in kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces. We had a group of 13 adults and it was perfect. We cooked in and walked to go skiing. Would absolutely recommend and plan to stay again next year!

Every year we go on a ski vacation with family and friends. This is the first time that we have been to Sun Valley, Idaho, and it won’t be the last! To say this property is exquisite is an understatement. The house is beautiful, stocked in every way, shape and form – soap, detergent, every utensil in the kitchen you could ever desire, Ziploc bags, you name it. The kids room has the ideal layout- room for seven comfortably, probably more. The kids can watch TV in their own space and stay separate from the adults. The view from the back is breathtaking. We enjoyed watching deer along the river, and snow falling on the mountain. The owners/managers are extremely responsive and helpful. We have made note of this property for future vacations because it is set the bar so high. Thank you, Rachel!

Wonderful house on a beautiful creek, walking distance to the Bald Mountain resort ski lift and lodge. The details and decor of this house were impeccable done like a true mountain lodge style featured in a magazine. All the necesseties for cooking, and eating were there, making things very easy. We hope to be back!

Only place we’d go back to in Sun Valley. Dan and Rachel responded to all our questions promptly. Moose camped across the back stream. Everything is convenient. Amenities covered everything we needed. Heated garage was nice for our infants.

We had 6 adults and 6 teenagers and the house fit everyone very comfortably. We easily walked to the slopes everyday (and Warm Springs has no line for lift tickets). Used the hot tub every night and cooked all meals in the well appointed kitchen! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for our group! Had everything our group needed and plenty of space for everyone. The hosts, Dan and Rachel were always quick to respond with questions and dining suggestions. Will definitely book again next time we are in Sun Valley.

This property worked well for our needs. We were in SV for a wedding and the venues were close by. Also super helpful that the bus stop is close by for trips into Ketchum. The house is well appointed and super soft sheets on the beds!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was a gorgeous, huge home for our 13 guests. It was very well stocked. We had one minor issue that the host addressed very responsively. I highly recommend it.

Very nice house, excellent appliances, well stocked kitchen and other areas, beautiful view of stream and mountain. With five bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths nice and roomy for our 11 family members. Very convenient and yet private location. The managers, Rachel and Dan, very helpful when needed.

Family of eight; six young adults. We loved the home and the proximity to the Warm Springs lodge and lift….a very short walk. Large rooms and beautiful kitchen and living area. And a very short (2 mile) trip into Ketchum. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Our entire family (from grandparents to toddler) stayed for a weeklong ski vacation to start 2022. The house is amazing, clean, and roomy yet designed to bring the whole family together in he great room (living room, kitchen, and dining area) facing the mountain with tremendous views. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. The house notebook had easily understandable directions on how to use the hot tub, fireplaces, etc., where to go eat, where to buy groceries, etc. The location was phenomenal for access to both the ski lift and the ski rental shops. Inquiries and other communications with the owner were answered promptly and efficiently--they were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this rental and would love to stay again. This was also our first ski trip to Sun Valley, which is just an incredible skiing and winter wonderland destination.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and well-appointed home! The location was perfect for our group, a short walk to the Warm Springs lodge and the free bus shuttle into Ketchum. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub overlooking the ski slopes and nearby hot springs. We’re already talking about coming back again!

The place was incredible. Walking distance to the warm springs lift. Lots of little extras. Hot tub looking out to the mountain was fantastic. Rachel was very accommodating and helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

Our family of 6 had what only could be called a travel disaster trying to get to Sun Valley the day after Christmas. Rachel was so helpful and understanding, even offering to pick us up at another nearby airport in case of flight diversion. While we did not make it to Sun Valley on time, we were able to rebook and enjoy a long weekend over the New Years weekend. This property has everything you can imagine and more. Fully stocked with everything from toilet paper to laundry supplies to kitchen utensils. Our only regret was we could not stay longer! Thank you Rachel for your kindness and hospitality! It was the bright spot during a dismal airline experience!

Wow!! We could tell from the pictures that this was a nice property, but it really was just perfect in person. I can't image that there would be a better location in Sun Valley, or a more beautiful home. Private, yet near everything. The view was stunning. The home was luxurious, and had absolutely everything we might need. Dan and Rachel were super easy and so helpful. I promise if you stay here, you will be so glad you did!! Spent Thanksgiving at your beautiful property and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you for such a well stocked kitchen! If there were more snow it would have been perfect to get to the lifts, but we had a blast in the common spaces just cooking, talking and playing games. Our kids loved the loft room and the giant bean bag chairs. Lots of bedrooms for our group of 9. Thank you for opening your home and making it one of the best vacation rentals available! Hope to be back soon!

This stay was perfection. The house was clean and had so many small details that were greatly appreciated. Rachel was so quick at communicating and was amazing to work with! I would not be doing this spectacular property justice without starting by saying how absolutely stunning it is. It feels like you've stepped into a Pottery Barn magazine and for being such an enormous home, they do a really great job making it feel very cozy. It has every amenity imaginable, and the location can't be beat. Close to the hot springs and Bald Mountain; we really had a difficult time as we did not want to pack up and leave. The owners were very communicative, the property was pristine upon arrival, and we 100% plan to return to this beautiful getaway in the future.

We had an amazing time at this property! The location was fantastic, the house was perfect for two families, and the hot springs were an unexpected bonus. Rachel was so easy to work with during our stay. We would absolutely stay in this home again!

This house is perfect for a large family (or even two families) looking for an upscale alternative to a five-star hotel. The house is large and the scale of the rooms takes advantage of the footprint. The first floor has a Primary along with the open kitchen/living/dining room in addition to the laundry and powder room. There are French Doors that open from the dining area onto a beautiful deck that faces the mountains and a river directly below. The second floor has a second Primary along with three other generously sized en-suite bedrooms. The kid's room is essentially a second social-area. I didn't even know my cousin's kids were home half of the time. The linens and towels area great and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to serve up to 16 people. The house is located on a private road about 2 miles from town but a short 2 minute walk from the lifts and a few hiking trails. You can also walk to the hot springs (explains the occassional smell of sulfure) which are about a 10 minutes away from the house. In terms of privacy, there is a house on one side but an open lot on the other so it's pretty quiet. Overall, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We came to sun valley for a wedding and can’t imagine staying in a better place. The house is beautifully decorated and has beautiful views of the river. All of the beds are very comfy. There’s also a free bus that picks up close to the house and takes your into town. Rachel responded to any question immediately and was extremely helpful. Would recommend this place to any big group coming to sun valley.

Everything was above expectations - location, floor plan and feel. The house was immaculate and beautiful. Rachel was top notch - on top of everything. The home is well stocked and has everything you need and more! We will definitely be back.

The living room is the gem of the home. Plenty of natural light with gorgeous views of the ski resort. Definitely staying here when we return.
