No instructions for any appliances Kitchen equipment super basic and mismatched, student days vibe! (wouldn't have wanted to cook there). Huge window with no black out blind or curtain Decor could do with a freshen up.

Great location, facilities were good, hot water and nice shower

Was a smell in the room like someone had been smoking in there. Beds sloped in to the middle so woke with a bit of back ache

Attached double bed would have been nicer than 2 singles but understand this gives you options for guests.

Easy booking in and out. Good security. Good size. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Comfy sofa for one but probably a bit cosy for two. Traffic noise loud with the windows open but hardly noticeable when closed. No sound from other flats first night but a bit on the second. Full size bath, very comfy, with an easy to work shower over it. Comfy, firm bed but not rock hard with good quality pillows.

The £100 deposit wasn't expected when booking. It is mentioned but you have to know to look for it. The only reason I would be reluctant to return is the very small gap between the bed and exit from the room. (Picture) Banged my ankle bone 3 times and left with it very sore and swollen. The wooden base sticks out a lot further than the mattress.

I like the prompt response of the helpline. I was given a room and met a guest already there. The helpline personnel resolved it very quickly.

I noticed a few insects( like little cockroaches) in the kitchen area. I think you need to fumigate the area.

Modern, clean and super comfy bed.

It was difficult to work the hot water. Had to use the ‘boost’ function which still didn’t work. Cold shower …
