Great location

Mini fridge was broken

The room smelled and looked clean. Decor was modern contemporary vibe. Staff was nice and welcoming at all levels. Grounds were well kept.

Check in was supposed to be 3 pm. I arrived at the front desk just after 3 p.m. I was told no rooms were ready for check-in yet because they were all still being cleaned. I said, "No problem, I can come back." I took all of my stuff back to the car. I came back at 4:45 p.m. There still no rooms available. I hung out in the lobby with about 9 other people who couldn’t get checked in. I asked the gentleman at the front desk why there were no rooms ready at this hour. He said the hotel had sold out of rooms the night before, and they were still cleaning as a result and had housekeeping on every floor working on the issue. I went to the parking lot and talked on the phone leisurely. I returned at 6:45 p.m. and was able to get checked in. I had paid prior for a room on the top floor so it was quiet, and I wouldn't hear footsteps above me. He was getting ready to book me to the 2nd floor and kindly changed it to the 3rd floor. There was a loud motor or something coming from outside the room but, hey, at this point I was thankful to have a room. For the price paid though the hotel should have the room ready.

The room was spacious and felt very upscale. I loved the king size bed, the large shower and the comfy couch.

I wish they would have informed me that the two bottles of water and trail mix and other snacks were complimentary. I thought I would be charged extra if I imbibed.

Nice new accommodations, great bar staff

Sink faucets so short that water splashed everywhere. Bathroom barn door wouldn't stay open, other friends said their wouldn't stay shut.

Clean, convenient location just off the highway. Dog friendly.

Nothing that we disliked - the bar / restaurant seemed busier than they expected - one person managing the bar and table service the night we stayed. Wasn’t a huge deal, but felt sorry for the girl trying to manage both!
