Quick snd easy
We were there 3 days and 3 nights.
On day 2 late afternoon and we had to ask to have our room cleaned and towels so we could get ready for our evening event.
Day 3 we were gone most of the day and returned late afternoon to get ready for an evening event. Room had not been cleaned; bathroom dirty and no towels!! We were told the housekeeper had not felt well… not my problem.

Hotel was unprepared for a fully booked graduation weekend. No beds made; no fresh towels; and when guest went for fresh towels, was told there were none and was given 2 bathmats. Two English-speaking housekeepers even had a direct conversation with a guest about the service needed in their rooms, but none of these basic “givens” were provided. Room prices had been raised for the high volume weekend. This lack of service & towels was unacceptable for the excessive payment of my hard-earned money!

The stay was alright, met most of what I needed it for. However, I am not sure why I was placed in a handicap room when that was not what I requested when making my reservations. And after a long day of meetings and travel I didn’t have the energy to complain about it. Additionally the air conditioning unit on the room was insanely loud even when I just had the fan going it was annoying loud to sleep with

the shower temperature was not even like warm both the night we arrived and the next morning. the breakfast was very minimal with limited options and didn’t taste very good.

Staff was exceptionally nice & helpful; room was clean and beds were comfortable
Our room was on cool & set in the upper 60’s, when we arrived; it took all night for the heat to get up to 71 degrees, which was comfortable.

The breakaway good. Great coffee. It was ground and brewed in the machine. Best hotel coffee ever!
The air conditioner/fan was so loud that we couldn’t sleep with it. We were too warm all night.

We paid through Booking.com, but the hotel also charged us inappropriately but the manager refused to credit the amount back to our card. So we called corporate and our credit card company to refuse payment of that incorrect charge. The very MEAN, HORRIBLE, and a few other bad names manager told me to call Booking.com. I tried, could not get through but she should have taken care of it since it was their mistake, not bookings, but she refused and then she hung up on me instead of correcting their mistake. When we checked in, whoever as at the desk confirmed we had already paid so it should not have been an issue but the HORRIBLE manager refused to provide proper customer service and take care of their mistake.

Entry light in 409 was strobing. Air Conditioning control display on unit was not visible. The touchpad was there but no indication what was selected.
