The room smelled horrible!! Too much bleach and dog smell combined! Come to find out a couple I know had that room and requested another room bc of the smell and gave us that same room when we showed up at 11 pm without fixing the issue! Was there for my daughters graduation. I was exhausted to even bother with it and just sprayed perfume around the room lol…floors were sticky due to too much bleach…only good thing is bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff and good location. Room was clean with a larger mini fridge and microwave.
1 of 3 bulbs were burned out in the bathroom. Exhaust fan and light were wired to be on the same switch even though there was a second switch on the wall next to it that did nothing. Didn't sleep the best for some reason. Breakfast was just OK, eggs and sausage were frozen and heated in microwave and then put in heated server. The no-touch pancaked maker made doughy pancakes that did not taste very good.

The hotel was very Covid kosher even though Covid restriction are not in effect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
More variety in breakfast foods. Directions on how to work the tv.

Located near the interstate. Less expensive than most other hotels in the area. Beds were comfortable. There was breakfast available.
Rooms were very small. It was not as updated as the pictures showed. The staff weren't rude upon check in but weren't overly welcoming and friendly.

Nothing really; I was very disappointed. Even the price was higher than advertised online--from $50 on the ad, I paid over $80.
This motel got good ratings that it didn't deserve. The staff was not friendly, the breakfast food was below par (nothing fresh), and the facilities were just OK. Lots of people smoking outside the doors.

close to where we needed to be
no elevator to get to 2nd floor - my husband has a bad back and hips. was hard for him to climb the stairs. I should’ve requested a ground floor room.

I accidentally hit the wrong date when I reserved my room. I hit February 4instead of March 4. Is there anyway I can get my money back. I have made reservations at the same motel for March 4. I am an old man, 76. And don't do too good with computers.

At least I had a hot shower
Carpet was filthy. Floor was dirty and sticky. Lights burned out. Refrigerator had terrible buzz.(all night long) Electrical wiring bad and lights would flicker. Trash on bathroom floor and worst of all was mold in bathroom. Clerk had zero customer service skills and had zero interest in resolving the issues. Coffee cups are minature (6 oz) and coffee was terrible. Sometimes you are just too tired to fight the battle (and I shouldn't have had to)

Can hear noises of other guests, even when they are considerably quiet.

Really clean. My room had a recliner chair which was really beneficial. I was dealing with sciatic pain in my hip & leg, and the recliner chair was very helpful in keeping me comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future.
