No breakfast was offered.

Room was dirty. Pool was green and trash in it. Guests were mixed with weekly and monthly renters. Not enough staff. Inn is 1 mile from airport and it took a 1/2 to pick me up and I still had 2 flag down my shuttle, who was also the maintenance man.

No hot water. You constantly here the planes landing and people in parking lot.

Bathroom had hairs all over the floor no cups or ice only bathroom linen was 2 towels

it was very gross and disgusting. The sheets were dirty blankets had cigarette burns on them. the staff was extremely rude. They had roaches and to top it off VERY THIN WALLS

The location...the location is the reason we keep returning. We have had a decent room a few times but not many.

This hotel charges 100 a night for rooms that are inadequate for this high amount...the rooms have stained and torn furniture plus blankets and pillow cases with stains and holes. No housekeeping...the rooms are dirty. They look as if they are never dusted or deep cleaned. We take lysol and our own blankets. Of all the times ive stayed on this property i never saw bugs on our last visit we did and there was no refrigerator in the room. Customer service is lacking the lady at the front desk must hate her job. This property has great potential if the owners cared more.

We did not like one single thing except the price. It was disgusting

It was filthy. The floors left my socks black and full of hair, the toilet had feces, the tub want cleaned, the ceiling had severe water damage and leaked every time we used the shower. We found a roach in the frig. The place had adult and baby roaches. We only had a bedspread on the bed, no sheet or blanket. The shower curtain had mildew and mold and holes. It was the most disgusting place ever. I honestly can't believe I lost $150 of my money to stay in that nasty place. I can tell the place wasn't even generally cleaned let alone covid cleaned. When I told them at the front desk all the lady said was I'm sorry.

Soft king size bed and a room space is not small

The room smells of cigarettes since opening the door, the floor is dirty, there are cockroaches walking around. The bed was not provided. The bathroom has no amenities at all, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, hair cap, nothing at all. The toilet lid has dripping urine like it hasn't been cleaned at all. White towel and white pillowcase has stains. It looks dirty and unusable.

Nothing about this place! Dirty, holes in the blanket, rust in the bathroom, squished dead bugs on the walls
