Well room was great, clean....4 times police officers were at hotel. Once for disturbance of loud Couple in argument! Was woke up twice! Opened our door , poor lady from front desk was speaking with said couple, my gf and I were threatened by them verbal to kick our a$$3$...spoke with Tracey at desk next day when we pulled in and two police vehicles in drive with man on grass...said i wasnt pleased to see so many issues requiring police presence. I will say she isnt worth speaking to...rude, condescending and unprofessional!!

Got to the hotel at 12am from the airport. Was told I didn’t have a reservation and all rooms were sold out even though the lady right before us thanked the front desk lady for getting her a room. Stranded had to get any room I could get in the middle of the night. Called hotels.com and they still showed my reservation as active but they couldn’t get a hold of the hotel

the room was clean and the hotel is very close to the airport. The pool stays open late for a workout after getting back from the day's activities

When we first checked in, the first room had terrible musty smell so the clerk did move us to different room. First night was ok, but upon returning the following day, which would've been our 2nd night, we discovered had had a mouse issue and therefore did not continue our stay there.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly Staff. We left a pillow in our room and called several hours after we realized it. We were still in the area and asked if they found it. The desk clerk said she would check and call back. We only 10 minutes from the hotel and said no need to call. We would be there in a few minutes. When we arrived the pillow was at the desk waiting for us to pick it up.

Our only complaint is the noise. Doors slam very easily so it was happening a lot and voices in the hallway travel well. The air units don't have a loud enough fan to muffle any of it so we were awakened by other guests several times.

Besides the cabin that we stayed in in Pigeon Forge, this was the most comfortable stay of our trip. The laundry facilities were perfect for our need as well

The bathroom were small the sink didn’t fit in them. Also the parking lot looked like a land fill. There look like there were drug deal happening in the parking lot.

We suffered every delay possible by the airlines and were not ready to pick up until nearly 3 am. I kept the front desk updated about my arrival. They never once made me feel bad or worried. They ensured me that I WOULD be picked up and brought to the hotel no matter what. They were kind and ALL helpful. They made a terrible situation and well. I am grateful to all of them.

It our stay was overall good. There was no tissue in the bathroom at all. We had to walk down to the front desk to get it. But everything else was acceptable.

Staff members went above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as possible! I needed to do some laundry, but got back to the hotel late. They were totally ok with me using it past 10, and using the commons area to finish up some planning. Upon check out, I had some lettuce that couldn’t fit in a ziplock bag for our hiking adventure later in the day. The lady at the front desk took the time to get me some Saran Wrap from the kitchen so I could have something to wrap the lettuce in. I was wowed!

The stay was fine. Had a small issue with electricity went out so elevator and things didn’t work but only lasted about an hour.
