My host, Trina, was always a call away. There was a confusion about apartment's rent that she took in Kenyan shilling after USD conversion. I pointed out her mistake and she promptly offered to pay me back. About the apartment I generally agree with reviews available with the review section.

This place is quite far off from airport and you have to drive over a rough track for a long distance. Property helps you getting a ride from the airport for 1500 KS however this ride costs between KS 535 and KS 600 on 'BOLT'. This part (drive to apartment) comes after apartment booking, a non refundable booking? what I am emphasising on is that cost of ride and cost of stay makes it a like anyother proposition available in nearby localities and not a economic proposition as it sounds . Second, Booking.com list charges/rates acceptable to this property in USD but, property takes this money in Kenyan Shilling at a prevailing conversion rate for a USD, with a nearest round off. This means you will end up paying more. Last but not the least, to avoid a situation please carry ample Kenyan shillings with you as no financial institution/bank available for a currency conversion around near by areas!

The environment around the place is nice Makes you to feel at home

The all houses in that area it looks build new, it needs alot of service 1, have of the road of area not completed, which is making you it seems to be difficult to get transportation including BODA BODA unless if you were out so you can find BODA BODA by pure coincidence, that if someone is arrived to place by BODA BODA then you can use this BODA BODA back to high way where you can find ride 2- The distance is a bit far from JKIA airport due to bad road . 3- you need to be so early out at the gate of the compound if you are lucky you may find transportation and that if one was dropping off a passenger to the same Compound. 4- the path room is sharing one. ,*** Lucky I found BODA BODA (motorcycle) 🏍️ that he loaded me and my two bags on and drive the whole way to the highway. Otherwise the accommodation is perfect

The host was very friendly. We could choose between a room upstairs or downstairs. Showers are nice and hot. Better to take the room upstairs, it is less noisy if you want to sleep during the day. You are free to use fridge, drinking water and kitchen.

The blankets were not very clean. We booked the room to get some sleep before going to the airport but downstairs was a bit noisy because of the kitchen and tv. Better to take the one upstairs which is a bigger room and quiet. Also make sure you know that the airport is 30 minutes drive from the accomodation.

The services were really good. The person in charge was very accommodative.

The location was too far from the main road hence insecurity issue when travelling at night

The guy was very welcoming, neat house and a calm environment 😀 ❤🖤🤍
