Very clean and tidy! Beds were super comfy!

It's a little hidden, behind another hotel but not hard to find

Breakfast was good, the attendant was very nice.

The coffee maker in our room did not work. Told front desk associate 3 days in a row and nothing was done. 1st day when we left and came back, house keeping did not come to our room. I asked front dese about this when I told them about the coffee maker... we were informed we had to let them know we wanted house keeping. And if we wanted clean towels we had to put towels in the hall.

Extremely comfortable beds & clean. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel should be cleaner. The carpets in the room and the halls needed vacuuming. Our daughter found a spot on her pillowcase that appeared to be dried blood.

The rooms were spacious.

There was poop and blood on our shower curtain. The floors were extremely slick, when my 3 yr old got out of the tub, he slipped and almost hit his head on the tub.

We had an ant problem and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night.

Staff took care of our needs.

My husbands disability is no use of his left arm. The bathroom would have been set up better if the rail was on the left side of the commode. There is a bar you can install that hangs on the wall to make this possible.
