The location is excellent, It's walking distance to Republic square, supermarkets and nice restaurants. The apartment is cozy and lovely, really comfortable. Had a wonderful time in Yerevan and would definitely return.

Location is great and the floor is high and there is a balcony with nice view. The lock box is convenient for check in/checkout.

Not really great bed mattress and pillows. The couch in living room is dirty and therefore not pleasant to sit on. Bathroom and shower is not too clean. Stench from the toilet. Shower is small, curtain is dirty, water suddenly changes from normal to hot by itself , be careful . There were two large and two hand towels provided and only half a roll of toilet paper . There were two pillows on the bed. I asked for extra two towels and for extra two pillows and was notified by a property manager that this apartment is not a hotel and this is all we get included, for any duration of stay. Cleaning and bedding change are also extra. I had to pay additional 5000 dram to them for suppling two additional pillows and two towels. They have word “Inn “ in the name so I assumed it is an apart-hotel when booked. Overall the pictures are much nicer than an actual property and service.

The apartment is very well located, there are many restaurants close by and also two super markets for grocery shopping. The apartment was comfortable, cleand and spacious. It has everything you can need to have a good time in Yerevan.

Апарты расположены в хорошем, современном доме, в самом центре. В квартире чисто, уютно. Постель, полотенца - все отлично.

Недостаточно посуды для приготовления еды. Нет шампуня и геля для душа (только мыло для рук).

The location was so perfect! The apartment was so big and clean and cozy. The host was so helpful and so prompt to respond incase we need anything. 5⭐ experience! Would reco them definitely.

The location is great, literally in the city centre. The room has a washing machine and other facilities that you may need in your travel except for the toilet amenities that provided in a hotel. Lastly the apartment is big and spacious.

- The hotel requested to pay upfront even before reaching the apartment. Also when you enter the room there is a noticed board saying how much you have to pay if you break/damage the items in the room including the towels. Being a frequent traveler and having stayed in many hotels and apartments we rarely see this and it actually put us off. Feels like we are staying in a hostel rather than a normal apartment. - Their reservation system is rather confusing and unnecessary. After I made the reservation, a notification says please message the reservation to make a booking to this X phone number and then when I texted that number another phone number was suggested to get a confirmation. Why don’t they keep at least one working number that can be handled by the people working there rather than giving multiple numbers that is not working as the person who owns that number is on day off? - The AC is terrible, it’s just making a noise but it doesn’t make the room cooler. The room was very hot and we had difficultly to sleep.
