Spacious, clean, contemporary with plenty of storage space and lights. Good location as being slightly away from the main town and seafront was quieter; both can be reached within a short walking distance. An excellent place to stay for a break or longer.

If you're staying longer than a week, a washing machine would be useful. In a deluge, the shared drive to the car park (and entrance to property) was overwhelmed and would be helpful to have some lights.

A lovely host and a very nice place to rest whilst in Weymouth with everything being close by but not too close. Everything we needed was to hand and quick responses from the owner for any questions. Would recommend

Neighbours were quite noisy for short periods of time but nothing to do with Coastal Gem.

Lovely flat located 10 mins walk from the beach. Everything you need inside the flat.
