The fact that they don t have rules for the guests, as i have seen in other reviews and it happened to me if some guests play loud music until very late in the evening nobody from the guesthouse does nothing. The location is not registered at the Ministry of Tourism so there are two inconviniences: they function illegally and you cannot use the invoice in the registry of your business.

The location is beautiful and the green courtyard was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were very welcoming and eager to help with everything we needed.

At the location, they are still working on improving the facilities, which is good. But there were people working and using their power tools Sunday at the early hours of the morning, making a lot of noise. Hopefully once the work is finished we can come back and enjoy the peace and quiet there.

Breakfast for 2 and 4 cups of coffee with milk was 120ron ( almost 25 euro). Expensive for what property offers.

They had a rooster that started to make noise at 4-5 am and only stops at 11am-12pm so i came back very tired. Even if it was clean, the price was a bit to high for the given conditions but again it was full everywhere so...

The property is generally very nice and comfortable. The price/quality ratio is fair and the photos presented on the website are accurate. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, they helped us prepare the barbeque (we had to pay an extra fee for it) and we even had a bonfire organized during an evening. The rooms are designed in a vintage cosy style, appropriate for a property located in the mountains. The living room is large and it's the perfect place where to dance, party, listen to music (there is a piano also) and play board games.

The bathrooms are not equipped with shower or bath and this represents a disadvantage as the shower is basically connected to the sink and there is not a proper cabin. The overall temperature in the property (bedrooms) was alright, though the living room and kitchen where we spent most of the time were rather cold. The fact that the kitchen is located in a separate building from the bedrooms and living room is another disadvantage. It can be quite uncomfortable to walk from one building to another.
