clean, staff are nice!

just location is far from center

The room is clean and it's the same as the advertising picture. The staff are friendly and very support us during our trip. Hot water, fulfill shampoo, cleanser, have enough of the necessary equipment

The room is much smaller than I thought Less light and I don't think you guys should read books here The homestay is a little bit far from the center such as Ninh Kieu wharf, floated market, ...

I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible. The false advertisement about free bicycles, which lead us to book this place instead of one closer to town/ the pier, was not regarded as the hotels fault. The staff, who couldn't speak English, was not willing to find a solution both parties were happy with and denied calling the manager. We offered many different solutions but all were denied by the homestay's staff and manager who was responding via WhatsApp. As a guest this felt very rude and the opposite of welcoming. In addition, the rooms and bathrooms are very small (smaller than advertised on booking.com) with stains on the walls and the bed sheets. Small ants were on the headboard of the bed, a lot of mould in the bathroom and dust everywhere. Even if you only want to sleep here or especially if you are looking for an all around pleasant experience, I would go somewhere else.

The 2 beds was big and the decor was on point. It’s also clean and well maintained. I enjoy the nice balcony as well.

The staff seems young and timid, and while generally nice, they are not helpful with a lot of questions. The worse thing about this property is no elevators only stairs and while that’s fine for young people it’s a nightmare for old people. Another negative is that there was no fridge, we had some fruits & food with us but could not keep it too long because lack of fridge…and for the price charge in Vietnam, you would think there would be a fridge. As for location, a lot of taxi driver was lost getting there, so a little harder to find and tucked away from main area of town.

I like everything. Definitely comeback to this homestay when I travel to Can Tho, I really love it. They have anything I need and especially they are always be there to open the door for me although it was very late at night (around 2am, I guess). Thanks!

The homestay still hasn't had card machine :(. That's is the most disadvantage for me but it was alright though.
