The manager is always trying to cheating people and to get more money. He don't concern about booking via booking.lk, He don't give customers ,rooms what they choose from the booking.lk , They are only concern about the money. Never inform customers about additional charges taken for swimming pool untill check out. #Room condition:- Very bad condition bathrooms, no water pressure for bath, Had a very bad shower, foods quality is not worth. No garden view, mosquito problem, Big sound coming from AC machine. Look like a very old room. There are beds in the bedrooms, some of them are made of stone, some of them have no mattress Never cleaned linens, all the time flies stay on the bed.At night time too may insects come in to the room. #Food condition :- As for the taste, I don't know how to cook it so that it doesn't taste so bad.. You can't put it in your mouth. There is no sweetness. They give food in a very dirty place. Some of the water in the bathrooms seems to be coming from the hole in the coconut... But the charging is like a five star hotel. ***NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR BOOKING OR VISITING FOR ANY REASON.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the room I stayed in. One of the most significant issues I encountered was with the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and making it difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep because night time will come insects. This made for a restless and unpleasant stay. The cleanliness of the room is also a major concern. The toilet was not clean and there were several stains on the floor. These issues made it clear that the room was not being properly maintained and left me feeling frustrated with the quality of the hotel.

Tv and some plug points are not working

Booking price was 967 but they charged 1100. Room was very dirty and ants everywhere.bathroom was awful and leak water from every pipe.

Room rate in dollars equivalent in Rupees not stated. Therefore, I had to pay what was demanded by the hotel owner. Distance from hotel to Katsteagama temple wax too far. Therefore, transport cost incurred , upsetting my budget and free movement to temple areas & souurunding Rude trestment to guest on negotiating room for accommodation , when uncomfotable facilities were provided, After some dispute, better room was provided.. No Credit card acceptedc, therefore, financially, I could not manage by planned trip. Very, very important Once reserved, the property owner should contact us and let us know the essentilals before confirming our stay.. It should be done on the initial stage, not at the last minute.
