Before booking it seemed a nice accommodation place. This facility is clean, room is nicely designed, and the mattress was comfortable. It has all the needed items during to stay and you can buy from them from the automates. Also, hostel is close to M7 line. There are plenty of dining options, like kebabs, döners, Korean food, pizzas and nice local French cuisines.

During the our stay door and locker cards were malfunctioned couple of times. And coffee machine does not give the coffee even though money has been deposited from my account. I have tried three different payment methods. But sadly none of them accepted by the coffee machine. It’s better to pay with cash.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La habitacion tiene las camas y ya...ni mesa donde dejar las cosas..ni una triste silla...ni jabón de manos...ni toallas( las tienes que alquilar en una máquina). Es un albergue pintado bonito para que parezca que vas a un sitio decente....pero no es para ir en familia. No volveríamos.

Location — incredibly easy to access via the metro and also within walking distance of Notre Dame and the Jardins de plants Downstairs reception area was excellent. High speed wifi to do work, lots of working spaces, good sized (and plenty of) lockers where I left my suitcase during the morning while exploring the city Check in is fairly swift on the machine as you enter too I'm an intermediate French speaker but staff were friendly and receptive and spoke back to me in French too! Were helpful when I had issues with my key in the room

Only issue was shower room had a lock on the door, so at times only one person would be using it (and a free shower) and the other was inaccessible. I understand people would like their privacy of course

This hotel and Booking should tell all potential guests in advance in BLOCK LETTERS at the top of the booking page that hotel provides no towel, no soap, no toilet paper . . .

Super good location! It's in the middle of the valley and possible to go to each side of the town within 10 min on foot!

The room was clean and nice but they just have one laundry machine. So it almost never could get the chance to use it other than that this is a perfect hostel

Un pochino distante dal centro (20-30' di metro) ma ben collegata. La struttura è pulitissima e il bagno in camera è molto comodo. Di fronte è presente un bus notturno (N22) che porta all'aeroporto, molto comodo. La zona è piena di ristoranti economici. Non ho usufruito degli spazi comuni ma erano presenti macchinette con snacks e micro-onde. Le camere sembrano ben isolate dalle altre, e le tende che chiudono il letto hanno uno strap di velcro per evitare che entri anche solo un pochino di luce.

Nella doccia non c'è nessuna superficie dove appoggiare le cose. Le finestre delle camere non si possono aprire. Non c'è una vera cucina a disposizione.

Allround weary good hostel.

I liked the hospitality of the staff, and readiness to solve my concerns.

I didn't like the fact that the toilets are integrated in the bedrooms and there was water leaking all the way close to the beds (from the bathroom). Some broken accessories (e.g. doors) , clogged sinks, no kitchen. Check-in only after 16h00(that's was uncommon for me) and almost all the facilities were paid 😵‍💫.

Good location and budget friendly.

We spent around 40 minutes to check in. The computer was so slow. The sheets/blanket were not clean - there were hairs from previous occupants. Likewise, there was a pungent smell in the room. Also, the door knob of the shower and some of the bed curtains are broken.

Interior is nice, each bed had its own mirror and light.

Everything looked clean but I woke up and found bud begs crawling on my bed! Not sure whether this is due to the hostel or whoever used the bed before me but it definitely ruined my experience there. I can’t really recommend this place because of that.

The location

There we bugs and eggs in the beds and the Reims and didn’t get a refund. Didn’t even stay there. The staff just told us to clean it.

I loved my stay! Super comfortable and clean. Staff were awesome.

last receptionist that I talked she was rude to me . I was trying to check out but she wasn’t interesting w me too much . She said that there is a computer go there and do ur check out , but their system was problematic.

Bedrooms very clean, tidy and quiet.

Bad staff attention. I booked a bed in a female dorm and was never told that they were all mixed. I was assigned a room with 5 men and the staff refused to move me, knowing that I had paid for a female bedroom. They said that it is an error of Booking and didn’t offer me any solution.

I liked the price and convenience

I hated 1) the incredibly slow check-in process entering passport details for all 4 of my children (why!) 2) the complete lack of responsiveness of the telephone number

I like that they have good beds with curtains to keep privacy. Also, I like thar they have good lockers. The space in the main floor to work is great too

I would have liked one more sheet in my bed. Also, more instructions to do check out. The check in tiem at 4pm, I think is too late. I should be earlier.

The rooms were clean, the rooms and facilities were well designed with up to date technology. The wifi had decent connection throughout and the location was very well located to several train lines and not far from the airport. There was also quite good food around. Given it is Paris, the value for money is excellent

The accommodation is just outside of the circle. It would be nice to have more of a communal vibe where you could meet or have a space where interacting with others is easier. An check in service pre-arrival would be useful as well
