Serenity in the Marigny was a wonderful experience from top to tail. We were pleasantly surprised to get an advance call from the property manager, who met us on the day of our arrival to ensure we could easily get into the building. She provided us with a tour of the property and asked us if we would like breakfast the next day. We had a lovely breakfast both days -- one morning was an excellent king cake, the next was a chef-prepared spread of pancakes, croissant, fruit, juice, yogurt and coffee (and a lovely conversation to boot!). We were the only guests that weekend and had the place to ourselves, which made the hot tub and public living room space all the more luxurious. The room was well outfitted. The bed was very comfortable, with a pillow top, fluffy comforter, and extra pillows. The room included a luggage rack, iron/ironing board, and TV with streaming media. The bathroom had tons of towels and extra toilet paper as well as shampoo, soap and lotions. In addition, the entire place was cozy while outfitted in a stylish and chic way . It was extremely convenient to be within walking distance of the French Quarter, Marigny and Bywater. We also could easily walk to restaurants, shops and even a nearby Walgreen's for some essentials. Definitely a hidden gem!

Wish we could have stayed for longer. Wish we could have relied on public transit more while in the area.

Die Lage war gut, die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und der Whirlpool auf dem Dach war das i-Tüpfelchen. Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt.Es ist ein kleines Haus mit wenigen Zimmern, persönlich Betreuung. Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus war kostenlos und problemlos möglich.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und es ist wenig Platz für Koffer und Kleidung. Das Frühstück ist nur von 9:30 - 10:30 Uhr und von der Menge her gerade noch so ausreichend.

Loved the friendly staff. The suite upstairs is so comfortable. The bathroom is awesome!

We didn't experience anything that needed improvement.

Location convenient. Staff pleasant and offered suggestions for local highlights. Nearby neighborhood restaurants and entertainment very enjoyable. Quite safe and quite area.

Staff only available about 2 hours each morning after which we had to take care of ourselves for linen and search for hot and cold beverages that were generally not available. Breakfasts very inconsistent and reduced in quality and quantify during the 4 day stay.

Breakfast was quite nice. We were specially happy to be able to try local sweets for the mardi gras and fresh fruit. We loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop!

We were somewhat disappointed by the plastic plates, cups and cutlery for breakfast. In our world, vis-a-vis the climate crisis ahead we should make all efforts to discourage the use of disposable plates, forks, etc.

Daphne and Tamika were excellent hosts and made our stay incredible. Amazing place, great location, highly recommended and would stay again. I asked for a surprise birthday setting and they were so accommodating and was so beautiful!

Everything was perfect!
