My visit was fantastic! The location was ideal, right in the heart of everything. The home was charming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely book again without hesitation and will gladly recommend this place to my friends. A truly enjoyable experience!

rooms and beds we’re comfortable

they do not leave hot tub on for you, and won’t turn it on after 9. I don’t want to get into a hot tub til evening time when it’s not 100 degrees outside.

The location was excellent! The pool was a real plus and the rooms were nicely upgraded. I loved the layout of the grounds that offered plenty of room for guests. Friendliness of the staff was the high point! They felt like an extended family!

The amount of mold on the property. Trash wasn’t removed from our room at all. There was nowhere to lounge in our unit for all 8 people when it rained or to sit and eat together.

awesome common area, well maintained quarters! Also, the staff were phenomenal. Sarah (the property manager) gave me the shirt off her back when my airline lost my luggage. Everyone was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Also gave tons of nice little recommendations to get the best out of my New Orleans experience.

We didn’t really have much of a common room.

The outside scenery was cute for photos. Everything else was not.

Upon arriving it smelled like the rental was mopped with mildew water, we let the manager know and she advised housekeeping to bring us Lysol. The ad is misleading, if you’re going with family there is NO common space in the rental. They didn’t clean at all the couch was filthy with what looked like crumbs from the last group who stayed.

There was no breakfast. We liked the friendliness of the host and other patrons staying there. The beds were cozy, the place was cozy. We had everything we needed.

The hot tub did not get hot enough and the jets didn’t work. We were really looking forward to that amenities☹️

I truly wish that my group had went with our gut and not rent this place. It was not fully cleaned when we arrived and there were flying termites in the building we were to occupy. I had read some reviews whom also had issues with cleanliness. I reached out to the property before hand to make sure that the property would be thoroughly cleaned. We had to check out and find more suitable accommodations. I spoke with the property manager Cassandra ( whom also seems to be the owner) and asked how I would go about getting my money back for the remained of our stay and of course she acted as she had no influence on the matter. I strongly suggest that you not stay here. I am going to be doing all I can to get my money back.

The courtyard was AMAZING! Even larger than what is pictured. Kassandra, the host, was super cool. The property is in waking distance to everything we wanted to do.

To start off, they charged me 3% more than the price listed on Booking.com. Booking.com says you will never be charged more than the price you book. I reached out to the property manager and she said it was “either a resort fee or a credit card processing fee.” Felt weird there wasn’t a direct explanation. The listing said there would be 3 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with a full bed, and 1 room with 2 twin beds. The twin room only had 1 bed. I had 10 people in my group, so we had to rent a separate hotel room so everyone would have a bed. The condo was a little dirty and bright at all hours of the night (the blinds don’t fit in the windows). It was alright for a weekend, but could have been better. YOU WILL NEED EXTRA TOWELS!!

It wasn’t what was advertised online,,I called three times to complain and canceled my stay didn’t no one call me back,the house was small and dirty it wasn’t clean, I had to ask several times for towels and a roll away bed,, I ask to be relocated to a bigger house, no one got back to me,, I’m very disappointed
