The apartment had an amazing view, the infinity pool and aqua park pool were great and the restaurant provided good food options and waiters were fantastic.

-booking is not made directly with resort so there is a travel agent involved this meant all our booking info was not given to resort so they did not know the number of occupants and the mobile discount that was offered was not applied immediately (had to sort this out myself). -hotel is on top of a steep hill so hard to get down without a car especially if you have mobility issues. -towels provided at beginning of stay and you are expected to wash them yourselves for use, fresh towels are not provided daily. -housekeeping is not included you are expected to pay an extra 30 euros for housekeeping! -toilet roll provided for one day and you are expected to buy your own for rest of the stay (despite booking.com stating in facilities section toilet rolls are included) -no balcony furniture - had to be requested numerous times and was received on day 3 of our stay. -went to private beach via hotel shuttle, all it had was a few sun loungers no staff/facilities there to help or offer refreshments or snacks despite it being 33 degrees (very neglected area no facilities there, neighbouring hotels had Sun loungers, showers, water slide, food and drinks hut etc). -only one door key provided for apartment despite us being a group of 6. - water pressure in apartment was terrible so could not use two showers at the same time. Overall a very disappointing stay given we paid approx 5000 euros for three luxury apartments but received below standard service.

The appartments were lovely but the owner who owned our 1 hadn't even been to the apartment herself so there was very little there ,there was no frying pan and a very small TV and no change of bedding for a full week.

The place is amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations; service, property, comfort, surroundings.

There was nothing to cause even slight discomfort. All was good.
