Very nice well maintained house with shopping near by. The neighborhood pool was excellent for the kids to swim.

But the cleaning is not done much, there you could see many of the dirty sheets, the floor was very dirty and both the windows and the doors were very dusty. What disappointed us the most was that we did not buy coffee and the coffee container was there but it was empty and when we got to the yacusi it had a lot of garbage in the background we rented for a week but this house was not the best in my opinion it needs to be given more maintenance and buy new towels those were all almost full of chlorine but overall thanks for stadia

Great cabin great location and a great host!

Came out to Terry Peak with my children and grand children. So enjoyed our stay. It was our second stay in the neighborhood and plants come back next year. Beautiful home, very comfortable and so handy for location. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Stan

Overall wonderful experience and would stay again.

This is a beautiful home—lots of natural light and great location. Unfortunately, there was a problem with mice at the home while we were there. I found mouse dirt after the first night we stayed, and contacted the property manager. They dropped off traps for us to set up. We ended up catching two mice. The second night a mouse ran across the floor on the main level the second night. They even chewed through a potholder! Yikes! Not a relaxing way to spend a vacation. Finally, the manager did offer to move us, which we did end up taking. Aside from the mice, this property is amazing. However, it was hard to relax not knowing when we'd see more mouse dirt and have to clean it up or a mouse itself. I hope they can get the issue fixed.

The house is beautiful and definitely made for a rental property. Unfortunately we had a mouse in the house which added stress and anxiety to what should have been a peaceful vacation. The owner is local but his only help was to put out a couple sticky traps even though we gave him a large window of time when we were not in the property to try to remove the rodent. He was very rude in conversation and did not offer any discount or partial refund even though we were unable to get a good night’s sleep due to rodent scratching in the air vent system. This property is in a highly developing area and will most likely have more pressure of mice trying to find new homes. Under closer inspection, there were mouse droppings and urine at the front door so probably the point of entry. Very disappointed with the experience and would suggest asking if the owner has taken steps to combat this rodent problem. He said exterminator help was not needed so I would be hesitant of taking small children that will be on the floors or anyone else that has a fear of mice running. In the end we had to remove the vent cover and physically remove the mouse ourselves. Not the best vacation memory. Renters beware. The treatment we received and the help offered was not of a host but a person who seemed to only have this open to guests to help pay his mortgage. Super disappointed!!

This place is beautiful. The owner is easy to work with. Close to Lead and Deadwood. We've stayed in one of her properties before. You can't go wrong.

Loved everything about this property! Spacious accomodations & beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy. Centrally located to attractions in the area. Played games on the large table. Hiking/walking trails were abundant! Memories were made that will last a lifetime!!

The house is part of a new development south of Lead. It was beautifully decorated. It had creative use of space. The second floor bedroom had huge windows open to three directions. Great for star gazing and watching the sun rise. The main floor bedroom had black out curtains. The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil I needed. We came to Lead to bike the Mickelson Trail. The property was very close to two trail heads. Loved out time at this property.

House had everything we needed and it was perfect for what we did. I would stay here again.

The location could not be better! You are a short drive to deadwood and lead, but minutes from the off-road vehicle trails. The neighborhood feel and the community house was an added bonus! The house was clean, well furnished, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a five day stay.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was room for the kids to have fun and space for mom and dad to relax. Would definitely book again!
