This is a great house! Plenty of bedrooms for adults. Loads of dishes, silverware, and glassware. It’s so nice not to have to run the dishwasher after every single meal so that we have dishes for the next meal. It is super close to Magic Kingdom. It is clean and beautiful. There are a couple of areas of concern. The pool is tiny. Good for a few kids or a couple of adults, but that’s about it. Also the main gate was not working, so we had to route our Lyft drivers to the next one and it often confused them. The biggest problem is totally out of control of the property owners and will probably improve at some time, but it was a real issue for us. The house is in an internet dead zone. Inside the house was fine, but we were using Uber and Lyft and the drivers had a hard time finding us because their connection died about 3 or 4 miles from the house. This made the main gate malfunction a bit more of an issue. I think cell towers will eventually be added to fix this problem, but it was an issue for us.

We stayed at this property for a family vacation to Disney World. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This property was very comfortable for my family of 11 with a little 11mo old baby. The only glitch was the pool, unfortunately the heater wasn’t working but management refund the cost without an argument. The club house had a beautiful pool and Resturant. We would stay again.

Brand new home, beautiful furnishings and style!

My family which included my husband and 6 grown children. The space was ideal for us to gather and also have our own space. It is a beautiful home and would be amazing in the warmer months. The only thing missing was a can opener and a closet in the master. VERY minor things and definitely would stay again.

We booked this house to celebrate my son's 5th birthday at Disney. We aren't big fans of the themed Disney houses so this house was perfect. We had 5 adults and 1 kid with us and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space, but also quality time together when warranted. The house was clean and access to the neighborhood was so easy. The company was informational with their emails and as someone who is Type A and a planner, I appreciated all of the information and details laid out for this property. We were about 15 minutes from Disney with the little traffic we encountered but that was no issue for us. There are plenty of food & store options near. We will be back again this year and I am hoping to book this same property again, but if not we will definitely book in this neighborhood!

The property is in a great location for all the Disney parks. Overall it is a very nice place, but there were a few things we didn’t like. There was mildew around all of the ceiling air vents. We had problems with ants from day one, specifically upstairs. The ants ended up getting in my wife and daughters suit cases. If these couple things could be addressed by the owner I would consider staying here again.

This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was more that adequately stocked with cookware/dishes. The property management team was very helpful. They were very professional and quick to respond to all of my requests. There were some negatives that leaves me neutral as to whether or not I would recommend this property to others. We encountered a lot of insects (ants, frog, spider, black bugs). One night my son woke up to ants crawling on him and his son while they slept. The management team sent an exterminator the very next day to spray. It was mentioned to me that the exterminator did not see any insects while he was inside the property. It was also noted that they service with the property with pest control monthly, and it was suggested that if food or wrappers were lying around then that would bring the ants. That was a little insulting. I felt as if the blame was perhaps being placed on my family. Also, we paid to have the pool heated, but the heater was broken. The money was refunded. One of the bedrooms had a bed with broken slats. The slats broke twice as my son slept on the bed. I had to call maintenance out to repair the bed. After the second call, it did not break again. Again, the property management team responded quickly with all of the problems. I feel that I am a fair person and I realize that sometimes things happen beyond our control, but the problems became a little excessive after a while. I felt I should have been compensated in some manner other than "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" but the management team felt otherwise. Even after all of the negatives, if the concerns mentioned in this review are addressed, I think you will enjoy staying in this property.

This property and location worked perfectly for our family. Each couple and kids had their own bedroom and the location in proximity to Disney is perfect, as its avoids all of the I4 traffic.

This place was perfect for our family! We were doing a Disney trip for our son's 3rd birthday! This place had so much room! The home was comfortable. Also not too far away from the all parks which was perfect for us!

Great place

Location was perfect for Disney parks. Large pool at clubhouse was a hit and private pool was perfect for evenings. Open space concept for kitchen/dining/living room was great for family. Upstairs area allowed a quiet space for TV also. Well worth the $!

Home was very nice and as described. Had an issue with the washing machine which was resolved same day. It would help if there were a few basics like a sponge in kitchen, a handful of coffee filters to get us started as we were unsure of the filter type. We added a grill after we arrived not paying attention to the listing. Totally our fault. The grill was really bad for $100. Old and totally rusted out. Just a couple minor things but overall we enjoyed our stay and the home. We were unsure what to do with leftover food and not wanting to waste anything we tossed out perishables and left the rest. Sorry if that was not what we were supposed to do but figured someone might appreciate most of it (especially the cocktails).

The property was excellent and we all very much enjoyed our stay. For feedback purposes only for your survey I would comment on the following minor issues. We all had many bruises on our knees from knocking them on the corner of the bed in the two upstairs rooms. I believe the bedframes are too big for the space in the room. We ordered the BBQ for the 3 weeks and we had to clean it when we arrived. The drip tray was rusty and we were surprised at what we got for the price. The office was great, when we arrived early they accommodated us immediately. I don't think we had to speak to the Property Manager so I can't comment. Overall it was a 5 star rating and we will definitely come back to this property and recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed this property. The pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day at WDW. Would recommend this place for a large family, plenty of space and bathrooms!

We had a total of 9 individuals. The house easily handled the number. Was comfy and spacious.

The rental process went well. Property was mostly as expected from photos. Owner was very responsive to questions Noisy neighbors spoiled the last couple nights stay for us. That was not the owners fault.

This property is located in the Solara Resort but the amenities are across the main road which was fine with me.It was nice and quiet. Plus we really enjoyed the pool after our park days. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice rental that is just 30 minutes away from all the parks.

Nice place to stay for off property Disney/Universal vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. Don't underestimate traffic heading toward parks. Can be heavy at times due to overdevelopment in the area and lack of shortcuts. Other than that would stay again

House was great for all the Disney parks. Location was good and close to grocery stores. Only negative was the instructions for the guard shack were not given so we had to search the first night for its location.

The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Prefect for our family trip of 6 adults and baby. My only small negative would be AC at 72 was not 72 all over and would be concerned about booking in summer months in Orlando. In November it was mostly good. Can’t say enough good about the rental decor, cleanliness, very well stocked and neighborhood. Everything promised was provided!!

This 5 bedroom home was fabulous for our family! There was ample sleeping room as well as space to just get away from everyone. Having a lot of bathrooms was great! The property amenities were wonderful.
