The property is beautiful. I loved the location. There is a market/souvenir shop directly across the street & is also access to the beach. Restaurants, bar, liquor store & marina are all a short walk away. Pool area is super nice & overlooks waterway. Rooms were very clean & perfect for what we wanted. Nice complimentary breakfast each morning. My only complaint is the $31/day parking that we were not aware of but apparently is the cheapest parking in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

My sister, mom, and myself booked for 3 nights. My sister and I clean vacation rentals so we have a high expectation for cleanliness. The room was great! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The elevators took some getting used to but I appreciate the extra security. It was a very short walk to the beach and close to lots of activities.

Property was very nice, loved the pool area, and bar and restaurant area. Staff was friendly and very prompt in answering questions. Was appreciative they gave Marriott points even though I went through VRBO!

I reserved a king size room for my wife and I over a month in advance. When we arrived, we are told there is only valet parking and it's 31 dollars a night. It was late so fine, we let them park our vehicle in the on site garage. We checked in easily but when I go to my room it was not what I reserved. I reserved a King Bed room non-ada access specifically because it was just my wife and I. We get in the room and it's two double beds and an ada accesible room. I figured it was a mistake and my wife called the front desk. They then said nope, they over booked and there were no kings left. How!??!? We booked over a month in advance? The only thing they offered was to comp the parking that was not even mentioned in the listing to begin with. I was in town for a hockey tournament and hoping to have a nice little escape but we were stuck snuggling up in a tiny bed. This was not what I paid for and I am super disappointed. This property manager needs to reach out to Marriot because if the hotel keeps screwing the customers there are going to be more reviews like mine.

The staff at the property were very attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and nice. Morning breakfast was a nice perk.

We enjoyed the closeness of the beach and restaurants. Congestion over the weekend and the refrigerator freezing our food was the downside.

Accurate website description. The hotel is very nice, clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic, several options, made fresh daily. Live music in the lobby on weekends. Pool was nice, clean, lots of chair options overlooking the bay area. The room itself was spacious, clean, and as expected. The trundle/sofa bed, however, was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Overall, enjoyed our time here.

We were supposed to see water, but we saw the hotel front. And we had a handicap room…? I don’t know why. The room was nice, the bed comfortable. the bottom of the bath should be enameled. The staf are nice. Brian at the bar need help please, he do it good but too much for one person. The swimming pool is okay, nothing more, small and shallow. it is difficult for adults to swim, there are always children pulling the ball and it is not very sunny. The breakfast is great, but no bacon (real) Canadien bacon look like ham… not good. we had a good time, hotel is close to everything.

Door locks slam unless you’re superconcious about holding the handle down. Good variety at breakfast buffet but only one flavor of yogurt - vanilla - although there are several brands. Wondered why guests are allowed to use towels to reserve lounges for an entire day at poolside when they only use them for half an hour.

This stay was perfect. The price we paid was lower than the standard daily rate for the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel itself had everything you would need. Its right next door to a lively outdoor bar and grill and walking distance from the beach, a convenience store, and other resorts. We had issues with our car rental reservation, so this hotel ended up being our saving grace. Highly recommend!

Combination birthday and Casparilla weekend. My only question is this a rental property or a hotel room?

We loved this property. Enjoyed the pool and view, but also the location was perfect for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants, and catching the Jolly Trolley to go even further.

Clearwater Beach is a great family beach area. The Marriott property listed with VRBO exceeded our expectations. It was very close to the beach and great restaurants.
