Absolutely nothing, I am a experienced traveler and hygienic everyday person who doesn’t complain often, but this hotel and room was the worst I’ve ever stayed in, all of the amenities I paid were broken even after the staff told me instructions and patronised me in to believing I was the problem not understanding their useless instructions which both myself and engineer partner had followed in fine detail , the place is unhygienic and unhealthy as it is a basement room with no windows, poor air conditioning and a dehumidifier (which the staff believed was a attractive offer) the TV did not work, we had to buy numerous items to be able to live at basic level, I.e airfresher, bathroom cleaner and even our own glasses. We both suffered from insect bites, unable to sleep due to humidity and my partner who is asthmatic had an asthma attack in the morning and we had to buy an inhaler, the staff response to asking for a full refund was non responsive, rude and passed full blame on ourselves, booking .com offered me a gesture of good will which was around £30 which seemed more of an insult.

Al compartir piso, las paredes son muy finas y se escucha TODO. Eso hace que oigas todo lo que hacen los otros huéspedes. A nosotros nos tocaron unos huéspedes muy maleducados en nuestro mismo piso y nos arruinaron notablemente la estancia

La funzionalità sintetica e abbastanza semplice

Manca un televisore e un mobile della camera aveva i cassetti che non si aprivano quindi magari più manutenzione

Mancano dei ganci alle pareti per appendere asciugamani in bagno

La posizione davvero ottima! Vicina ad una stazione della metro e anche a un auto rimessa con la quale eventualmente accordarsi per un posto auto a pagamento

Egy busszal egyszerűen be lehet jutni a városba. A konyha és a fürdőszoba rendben volt. Egyszerű volt a bejutás a lakásba is!

Az ablakok egyáltalán nem hangszigetelnek. Az utca elképesztően zajos, sokszor felébredtünk az éjszaka. A hirdetés megtévesztő volt. Egyik képen jakuzzi van, terasz, nagy kanapé és kényelmes ágyak. A miénkben csak egy kényelmetlen ágy és egy olcsó szekrény volt.

The location is not far from the center, literally 5 minutes from the tram station, which is great and very convenient. Not far from the house there are wonderful cafes where you can really eat inexpensively. Check-in also takes place online, which is very convenient if you arrive late. The beds are comfortable, but my man was uncomfortable. The air conditioner works great.

So. I’m a young girl, and I have a man, and I still ran home at breakneck speed when I saw marginalized people hanging out 24/7 in the park right next to our house. The house is literally in the ghetto, and the people there are very dubious. This is a very bad location for a hotel for tourists. After all, these same outcasts can put so much pressure on tourists that it will be very easy for them to rob. This is dangerous and very scary. Next, what made us the most crazy was that they literally ripped us off 42 euros for 6 nights for 2. Are you crazy? Why didn't you include this cost in the total amount when paying for check-in? Why cash at all, where is the receipt, what are these taxes? How do I know where you will spend this money? Further, there were plenty of towels in the room, but a blanket. Why was our blanket stuffed into the closet, and without a duvet cover? I covered myself with a towel all 6 nights, my man did nothing at all. Are you sadists? Why are we paying you here, so that we can be robbed outside the house, so that we get sick in our room, so what? Further, the shower is terribly uncomfortable, there is NO shampoo, some bottle from a former guest was obviously left over, we didn’t take the risk. What kind of fashion is it to ask to throw out the trash? We did, but then what kind of work do you have left? The trash was thrown out, the house was washed, maybe we can accommodate the next clients? Your rating is 3/10, maximum 3.5. You are not a hotel, you are a flophouse. For that kind of money, never again.

El barrio es fantástico porque esta fuera de la zona turística y hay muy buen ambiente...

Faltan utensilios de cocina y de limpieza y hay mucha humedad. Falta trato humano. A la tele no le llega la señal y no hay wifi

Jakuzzi a szobában szuper volt, tisztaság rendben. Ágy kényelmes. Klima gyorsen lehüti a szobát. Közel a metróállomás, gyors megközelités a belvároshoz. Hangulatos kocsmák a közelben, éjszakai élet *5-ös. Bolt kávéző a közelben.

Egy alagsori helyiség az utca szint alatt van. Áporodot levegő (sajnos a kihelyezett illatositó se nyomta el a penész szagot).Ablaknak nem nevezhető valami van csak ami sajnos szellőztetésre, bevilágitásra igen csekély. Ugyan mi nem főztünk, de elég szegényes a konyha felszereltsége. Volt egy párologtató, de nem láttam értelmét használni. Wifi hiánya is elfogadhatatlan 2023-ban, ugyan térerő se volt nagyon mivel a 80cm vastag falak, nem sok jelet engednek át. Képek között nem találtam a mi szobánkat, gondolom ezek miatt :).

Die Größe der Wohnung war angenehm. Außerdem ist es eine gute Lage, da man direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle wohnt und somit schnell die Stadt erreichen kann.

Die Wohnung ist leider nur wenig sauber gewesen. Im Bad und im Bett haben sich Haare befunden, das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht sauber und aus den Abflüssen im Bad kam ein katastrophaler Geruch. Das Bett macht leider bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung sehr Laute Geräusche und ist enorm weich.

The location is easily accessible by subway or bus. There's even one bus line in front of the house that take us directly to the main touristic spots. The check in informations were clear and it was easy to access the place. There's an elevator which is always nice when you're with luggage. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. You are given towels for your stay. You can book this place with strong confidence

Not too many restaurants around. Make sure to eat before coming back home. I believe that we could get better instructions on the check out process. After sending multiple messages to know how to proceed. I got one short answer a bit late in the evening before our departure. The online check in system make us pay a little amount and we cannot do the check in physically. I think this shouldnt be something we're charge for.

The apartment amd washroom were really clean. The air conditioning was working really good!

There was no internet in the room!

It was clean. The staff were quick to respond when the boiler broke down.

The boiler's broken. The lights were flickering. The kitchen was shared with other people, which was not stated before.

The elevator worked, though there are still steps required to reach it. The room was clean. It did have a refrigerator, which is a plus, and the climate control was satisfactory. The shower was... interesting.

Trash cans. Why were there no trash cans?? Also, the instructions to get inside the building were a bit unclear. Location wasn't bad, but not great, either.

The apartment was clean and had all necessary equipment Quite far from the center by walk (around 40 min) but the bus stop was just in front of the building.

There were two beds but just one bedsheet so it may be problematic if you travel with friends/relatives. There was a miscommunication around tax payment as during reservation I was informed that the tax in covered but after the stay it turned out it wasn't and I had to pay additionally.

It was quite and with enough space.

The air conditioning was a little bit week for the room and it looks like there wasn´t air conditioning in the shared kitchen.

The house is located in Pigneto, which is a neighborhood where locals live. There is a pedestrian center with restaurants and some social life in the evening, but it is far away from the tourist center of Rome. You will need to take a bus or metro to go where you want.

The accommodation has multiple deficiencies and problems. It is truly a terrible place to stay for anyone - expensive, dirty, and everything is broken. Let me provide you with an overview of all these disasters. First of all, before our arrival, we received a message stating that we must send our passport or ID documents due to regulations of the authorities in Rome, which was okay with us. However, the links redirected us to an app the owner uses and asked us to pay some fees at the end of the process (which we did not pay). The accommodation is located in the basement of an old house. This means it has no windows at all (well a very thiny opening you will see in the pictures). It is situated at a lower level than the street, resulting in extremely high humidity. The walls were sulfated, and there was a pervasive smell of humidity everywhere, with no windows to freshen the room. The room has a dryer, but it does not produce any effect on it. Any construction professional will understand what I mean. Secondly, there are problems with the bathroom. The door is broken and cannot be closed! The humidity has expanded the melamine, and the door cannot slide (see photo). The panel screen only covers 50% of it. Clearly, the glass was broken in the past and now does not stop the water once you take a shower. The shower faucet is also broken; you can see in the photo that there is one, but it does not work, and the water comes out of a hose that is connected separately. Thirdly, there is a hydro-massage bathtub, but it does not work at all. We filled it up with water, and when we pushed the button, some noise came from the bathtub, but nothing happened. In fact, half-centimeter black worms floated and moved in the water, probably coming from pipes (it's a shame I didn't take a picture). Fourth, there is no mop to dry the floor after a shower, and there is no broom either. Fifth, there is a TV, guess what... it does not work!

It was a very disappointing experience, actually. It was a lot of dissent with the information about property and actual conditions. First of all, the room smelled like cigarettes even though they wrote that smoking is forbidden. They didn't change the blanket that smelled like cigarettes when they cleaned the apartment. I asked about wi fi connection and got two options, neither of them were working. There's also no tv like it's written, and the pictures of our picked room were a bit different. We had a bad experience with that moment of shared kitchen because people in the next room were cooking at the 12 o clock in the evening and making a big noise. That shared kitchen wasn't outside of the apartment it was more like we lived in the same apartment with the other people. There wasn't any rule in the accommodation. After all of these experienced in one they we were forced to live the apartment. I texted the property about the problems, so they told me they could not do anything because I didn't cancel the remaining days, which I couldn't do in the application. Also I paid for the whole 4 nights and we spent there only one night

The apartment seems okay. Clean and comfortable.

The internet/WiFi was bad. I had to purchase internet.

The flat was good and the balcony and a roof top terrace was a nice bonus. A good connection to the city centre by a bus with a bus stop just outside the building.

No kettle, no matches for the cooker, online self check in required (extra cost of €4, but we struggled with this and were allowed to skip it).

The space was great and modern

It was really clean, easy to self check in and check out. Not too far from the center of the City, just a few bus or metro stations away.

The area of the city where the apartment is located is not the cleanest.
