It was good and had several different choices

Housekeeping. Ask for towels hand towels, toilet paper, Kleenex to be replaced in our room but it wasn’t done until I complained to management of housekeeping. She herself brought the items to our room.

The front desk was accommodating, friendly and professional

The staff was Super friendly and helpful with extra room keys and dinner recommendations, as well as booking future stays. The hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are large designed great!! I have already booked to stay again in June!

I didn't like that I had to pay a separate fee to park.

It was too noisy. I was on the 3rd floor but seemed as if I was on the 1st floor.

Location was cool very artsy part of town.

Parking was a little tight but not too bad

The cleanliness the kind staff the 24hr washer and dryer and 24hr gym. I love the location it was in the middle of everything where I needed to be and go.

Only thing I didn’t like was I stayed 5 nights and I didn’t get my express service after my 2nd night. I didn’t get no express service at all my whole stay there. Also I didn’t receive my full linen change after the 4th night as well but it’s fine.

Wonderful accomodations. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Very nice room with full kitchen. Very spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is good and has a lot of variety. The staff is super friendly!!

We booked a room with 2 queens beds. They give us a king bed room. When we went to the room and found out this is not we booked. We went down to the lobby to ask that we need 2 queen bed. The lady was rude. She refused to change beck to the room we booked. She said because we booked from third party. She said she has no room for us. The room also just has empty wash gels when we took bath. What a bed experience with this Hyatt hotel.

There is absolutely nothing to like at this hotel, don’t think you will find a parking there, it is a ridiculous space that they will charge you, when it is overflow you need to park across the street with absolutely no security or they suggest you to park in the street for feee, being sarcastic at you. About the staff, the front desk ladies clearly didn’t want to be there, they were completely rude, lazy and didn’t do absolutely anything to help you. The local is very weird with some weird people around. Oh and the train is right there in your window. Be aware and run away! I didn’t even check in there as awful this hotel was.

The staff, from the front desk to the bar staff to the custodial staff were all very friendly and helpful! Rooms were spacious and well-apportioned. Breakfast was hot and ready at the advertised times. There was also a good variety of dietary choices for breakfast. The location was fantastic, since our destination was on campus nearby. All things considered, this is an excellent property!

I have no complaints at all about this property or my stay

The look of the building on the outside was really neat. The breakfast bar was good. The size of the room was excellent.

We didn’t like the location. It looked really shady and didn’t feel to safe about walking to the inside of the Motel or back to our car. The cleanliness of the room was not 100%. Mirrors needed cleaning and there was a hair in the sink. Hopefully our sheets had been changed.

The location was nice.

The parking fee and small room. I feel that if a key is needed to access the room from the elevator then parking should be included due to the nature of the surroundings. If you feel that it isn’t safe to access floors without a key then my vehicle should get the same level of care. Also, there shouldn’t be mold in your ice machines. The hotel only has 5 floors.

Location was great , everything was super clean and the bed was so comfortable!!!! The nice guy at the front desk had just baked cookies and they were warm and delicious! Thank you everyone was kind and helpful. Great place!

Everything was clean!

The only thing that was not great and it is a very minute thing was the sofa material was not comfortable to the skin. Not a big deal at all! All else was great!

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, our room had a full mini kitchen, dishes and utensils even a dishwasher. The breakfast was nice as well.

This probably wouldn’t bother most people but the ac in the room… so it cooled very well but if you adjust the air up from lets say 70 to 73 the air shuts off and the heat turns on to heat the room to 73. We finally got it cool and just turned the unit off till we needed it cool again
