I stayed at the hotel 1 month prior and my room rate was half the cost. For some reason because the Brandon Fair was on that week you doubled the rate if the room. This is criminal. Very disappointing to see businesses take advantage.

The breakfast was great. Even though the hotel was busy, we were on a quiet floor. The king size bed was wonderful.

The entrance to the pool is locked by a keycard and is down a weird stairwell. I gave my son and husband the keycards, not realizing I had no way to get into the pool myself.

It was clean

Pool wasn’t available and nothing was done to help us with the situation . We went to relax and be in the pool and couldn’t do that as the pool was closed

So far this is the best hotel I stayed in Canada. Its very clean and comfortable

The swimming pool is only until 10pm :(

Parking lot had some major, potentially damaging potholes. Need fixing. Second night we were awakened from 2am to 5:30am from guests next door that were partying. Called the front desk and it quit. Upon checkout the next morning I mentioned this and we were given $50 off of the second nights stay, thanks.

I like the water park and the hot tub

Gym closed 10pm, way too early.
