Was never offered breakfast, plug in cord was not working top plug in at your resort, it was so cold in morning I could see my breath, need another back up heater extra blankets. Door handle frozen ice in morning could not open holes in it. Tried cancelled on phone was busy 24hours, snow bank not pushed back far enough when I parked I blocked traffic, had park on angle.tell manager owner call me.

Plug in cords, door handle, no bottle water in room, never answer your phone.

I booked the room and the cancellation time was before allotted time to cancel and was still charged for my room.

The place had a very dark feeling.

Literally nothing about this place was good (or even mediocre). And it was absolutely NOT as advertised!

This room had bugs, there was literally gum stuck to the base of the lamp shade, only 1 light worked, the bed looked like it had already been slept in, it was absolutely disgustingly dirty…i don’t think it had ever been vacuumed…there were cob webs everywhere, and there were no lights outside of the room so it felt very unsafe to be there as a single traveller
