Had a great sleep. Comfy bed. Could use an update, but the staff was friendly and the rooms and common areas were clean.

Disappointed that I was charged an extra $10 to have a floor room. This wasn’t pointed out until I went to pay.
Wanted to change the card for payment upon arrival. Guy at front counter wouldn’t do it and said I could just pay in the am. Bill under door at 630 am and already put thru on wrong card. Had to refund and bill a different card.
Breakfast was starting at 7. One ederly couple in at 655 am and they would put stuff out till 7 because they weren’t open yet. So I returned at 710 and there was only hashbrowns ready.
Wouldn’t stay again and I rarely complain about hotels.

This property needs a serious upgrade re carpet condition in rooms and on stairs access to 2nd floor rooms, enhancement of QUALITY of breakfast foods served to clients and quality of interactions with distant reception staff.

Convenient to main hwy with secure parking and close to Boston Pizza and McDonald’s. Esso and Tim Hortons only a few minutes from hotel!

I was told when I checked in breakfast was at 6:30 when I went down they told me weekends were 7am and I was unable to get breakfast. I thought this hotel had laundry but they told me they didn't have it available. Very loud and noisy. Doors to maintenance rooms left open showing unkept dirty laundry. Good location for meals. Couldn't operate the air conditioning unit as knobs on controls were missing. I won't be staying to there again.

The hotel does the trick for a few nights. Decent free breakfast. The rooms are spacious but our queen bed wasn’t all that comfortable unfortunately. Parts of the parking lot should be resurfaced. Location is very convenient if you plan on heading North, East or West away from Brandon quickly.

They dont wipe anything down in the hotel rooms. My room was filthy and disgustingly dirty

Very happy with our stay. Had an issue with our air conditioner leaking as carpet wet by the window. Went to Front Desk to report and were advise hotel full so they could not change our room. Will be addressed in the morning. Staff helpful and friendly.
Would stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast had a wonderful selection.
The Sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed, smelled stale or like they were left in the washing machine then dried and put on, not enough face clothes or towels in the bathroom to shower more than once.
The patio doors were great, could go outside that way and sit.

Nothing fancy but the bedsheets & towels were clean, great water pressure from the shower, and AC worked great. Couldn’t ask for anything more especially with the wallet friendly price !

First off the location is perfect, just beside Highway 1. Second, AND BY FAR, the staff is unbelievable! Always to go above and beyond to help you out! 2-day stay and fully delighted. Place is cleaned, quiet, footsteps from good restaurants.

Staff isnt the friendliest and they push hard to have you out with calls to room at 11 and 8f extending must go pay right Away or will keep calling ubtil you do! Weekend breakfast is really just till 930 because old and nothing left by then. Weekday breakfast was much better when going at 8am. Rooms are clean and neat. I will come again and maybe staff will be a bit more friendly. Maybe hit on a bad day. Thank you gor the stay

Older building that looks like almost no updating has happened to, smells terrible and everything from the lobby to the room was extremely dirty. In the process of waiting to check out and find another hotel. Do not recommend!

Uncooperative staff. Charged for a lower floor room. Absoltutely uncompassionate to someone who checked in so late after driving in from a long journey. Helped someone else although I was there first patiently waiting.

The manager was exceptionally rude. Refused to honour the Expedia room price. She wanted me to cancel my booking and phone her back and book it through her. Add an increased price! She would not honour the pet friendly room price do not recommend.

Organized confusion when dealing with staff in a dated facility. Complimentary breakfast- eat the hot food at your on risk, housekeeping request went unattended, shower
in two inches of water- tub didn't drain- mgnt. informed, no action taken. Simply said never to return and advise others to seek other hotel options. Only good thing close to hwy. and Boston pizza & Mc Donald close by.

Comfort inns are dull and dated. Bathrooms and coffee are updated and clean. Linens were nice but the rooms are dark and uninviting.Site pictures are decieving. Complimentary breakfast is ok at best... again, site photos are decieving. I was travelling solo and was able to get a decent sleep because it was a busy hotel but actually very quiet.
