Place was very clean and conformable wold stay again!

The gentleman that worked the night shift need to stay at the desk not behind the wall and sleep! when arrived he was there and when we checked out i had to call the phone and wake him up to get any service! this was my only complaint ! It was a good thing we where on the early side to leaving for out flight! I normally don't do surveys but this really need to be take care of!

Etablissement très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Chambres propres, spacieuses, bien insonorisées et parfaitement adaptées aux familles avec un espace cuisine très bien équipé (il manque juste une chaise ou deux en plus…). Petit déjeuner buffet très bon. Pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel mais plusieurs options à moins de 10 minutes à pieds (Pizza, Bar Sport, etc… ). Piscine propre et très bien chauffée, serviettes à disposition en libre-service. Parking gratuit (rare en Floride).

Hôtel situé dans une zone commercial mais pas très loin des sites touristiques en voiture (obligatoire pour cet hôtel). Pas grand-chose de plus à dire de plus car cet hôtel est vraiment très bien.

Unkompliziertes Check in - out! Neueres Hotel. Nettes, freundliches Personal. Super Lift! Pool geheizt. Frühstück ok.

A very pleasant stay in good surroundings very friendly and helpful staff, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, a very enjoyable and varied breakfast in with price also. A very comfy bed so we at last had a good nights sleep after embarking from a cruise. Everything about this hotel was super.

Michael was a great choice for the person who greeted us. Friendly and attentive, answered our questions and was helpful

The American flag out front on the pole was ripped, and this was disrespectful to me as a veteran of the United States military (disabled veteran).

Clean and friendly staff

AC was out in parts of hotel, elevators were a little wobbly. And the bathroom light would turn on every time you walked in to the bathroom in the middle of the night

Exelente experience, cleaning and relax

Booking.com messed up my reservation I been told that from customer service at booking that the will be covered and I don't have to pay anything.

And when I went to the hotel my room wasn't paid like booking.com told me so I called customer service again and they said once you pay it bring a receipt and will give u the amount credit in the booking.com application. But I didn't have money to cover the room which was $200 a night tax included and I have to pay $100 security deposit to the hotel for incidental. So in order to stay in the room I have to pay $;300 Dollars And if the customer service in booking .com be honest with me and told me about that part that I have to pay first . and upload the receipt after the checking out I would find another solution for my problem.in the end me and my girlfriend and her 9 years old son stayed the night in the street next to the hotel like homeless.

The room was very clean,the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and all the amenities! I would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I didn't get to use the pool, but it was very nice and clean. Loved that they were pet friendly.
