Great stay, clean rooms. Courteous staff and very helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. Only problem we felt was the approaching to hotel, but thatch fine. We have metro station which is near and transportation is not a problem.

The tap was broken. No dirty paper and handwash. Service is slow.

Sheets they are using is not cleaned properly When i asked for replacement all the new sheets the room service guy bought were like that only . Outside food not allowed. Rooms are not well ventilated.

there is nothing to like in this property. . from staffs to location .. from rooms to amenities .. everything is very very sub standard .. i feel as a regular user of booking.com i request them to remove this property from their website and checklist

Staff is not supportable thay don't give soap and hotels things

i am extremely disappointed with this property, & very pathetic experience during my stay. its literally unhygienic , rude staff, extremely bad service , & it should be 1* rated instead 4*. i would suggest booking.com & oyo to remove such properties from there websites. i have experienced terrafic condition of washroom which is not at all expected from any such 4* hotel.

Cleaniness

1. No one picks up phone on reception most of the time. 2. No towel, water, soap, mosquito repellent in room. Required to ask for each and everything. 3. While booking, Breakfast was included. Hotel staff said it is not. For first day, followed up multiple times for Breakfast. They served it for one person instead of two (Room was booked for two). They said they will serve Coffee, but they didn't. Second day, I asked for Coffee early at 7:00 am, they said they will serve, but they didn't. 4. Staff doesn't say no to anything, but they even don't do anything. Very frustrating experience. Not value for money.

The Rooms were new but very conjusted

There is no co-ordination of the staff with the online booking. The booked rooms were given to other people. The washroom doesn't hv heater.

Breakfast Included In this payment but not a single water or cup of tea provided by hotel. Tap pressure is low and sawar is not working. It's a wrost experience.its charge 1517 rs. 1340 is shown in my application.

Interiors

First of all There are no towel in room. When i asked for the towel, i'll get my towel next day. And i booked room includes breakfast Bt, 1st day breakfast didn't come.
