My room was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast.....would stay again and recommend to others.

Booked early dinner (1630) at ginos the lady I booked it with was dismissive and snappy. Waited over an hour for filet steak and a ceaser salad, food arrived wrong sauce and cold side (staff did adjust bill to apologise) Coffee stain on wall in room Yogurt (I hope it was) stain on sofa cushion Ps I booked townhouse room Not advised when booking that needed to book tables in sky bar 2 of 3 lifts taken out of service for over 45 min for a football team (Burnley) Air conditioning in room wouldn't go above 21 degrees on heating mode when set to 26 (didn't want 26 but cranked to max to try to stop cold drafts - ended up just leaving it off which made room stuffy Stereo in room wouldn't connect to Bluetooth and no guidance on how to use

An overnight stay for me, where I was able to luxuriate in a bath, eat well and sleep soundly. The view from the room was awesome too. Breakfast was amazing…fully catering for all tastes.

The food I ate for dinner, in their restaurant was not fully to my liking…just a personal thing.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t worth the money

It was a very clean and very modern room. couldn’t ask for anything better, the view was nice and the food at the hotel was brill.

I didn’t like that we had to pay £50 for the rooms (we had 2 rooms so £100 total) as i didn’t see anywhere that we needed to do so. Yes we get it back the next day but a warning would’ve been nice as some people don’t come with loads of money so £50 is a lot to some people to have to wait for.

The lift system is fairly stupid, needing your key to go up each floor & had problems with access to sky bar Shower didn't feel private enough

Very nice location, close to the harbour, walkable distance to the centre, Mersey rail just five minutes away.

We stayed in the river view room for a few nights. Very nice clean ac room immaculate and comfortable. When we went out the room was cleaned for us, very appreciative of. Gave us loads of complimentary water. Staff are amazing. Best hotel we’ve stayed at by far. And the restaurant food is fantastic.

Beautiful location, looking over a great view and such close proximity to Albert Dock Great, helpful staff, they left me a cute balloon on the bed as we were visiting for our anniversary. Small detail but did make me smile Open, modern, relatively clean

Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was so bad (on the 10th floor) that it would not wash out my shampoo. The staff, however, are so helpful and changed my room immediately to a bigger suite. There was also some unwashed cutlery which were not to the standard of the rest of the room which was otherwise quite clean!

The hotel is in a great location.The reception/restaurant area was always busy and always had a great feeling.The sky bar was amazing.Food in the restaurant was really nice and the breakfast selection was really good.

The bedroom and bathroom is a little open plan for my liking but we managed it o.k during our stay.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. At the end of a hard day, they upgraded me without asking. The room was exceptionally well appointed - stylish, very comfortable and had every desired amenity. Critically, full room service was available until late, which is always a comfort when travelling for work.

I had a nice high room, The view was fantastic, the room was clean, room service cleaned the next day too, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly & helpful, room service was timely, the location was good and local to the town. The hotel smelt lovely! the sky bar was amazing too. Excellent value for money.

The breakfast wasn’t that great & The bathroom area was a little cramped between the toilet and shower, the toilet had no window & it’s a bit small. That’s me nit picking! The room made up for it & so did dinner!

Great location 5 min walk to Matthew Street and 2 mins to Docks - Very modern hotel with great facilities and free water and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Loved the full length window in the rooms taking full advantage of the fabulous view. Roof Top Bar was excellent and not too expensive. We had to stay an extra night due to flight cancellation due to storm and staff could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely be back and have already recommended to friends and family

Without exception the staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The food was extremely good. The bar on the 18th floor was spectacular. The car park arrangement with NCP (virtually next door) was very useful.

One trivial criticism - in the dining area the tables have a low light fitting with a heavy shade. Both of us managed to bang our heads on it. It simply needs elevating by 6".

The views from the townhouse room was beautiful, especially at night. The bathtub is gorgeous and you can view the city whilst using it. Such a spacious room and a wonderful treat of luxury!

The bar was closed inside the hotel at 10:30 and you had to go to the sky bar to get a drink but you have to prebook the sky bar, so it was slightly confusing
